Insoles here are quoted for $499 per insole, and they fit you for 3 individual sets. For two people total we were quoted over $3,300. No pricing information is given until after you've invested time-- I spent an hour and a half testing and fitting in addition to over an hour drive each way to the store. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable, and I'm sure the product is great especially with a lifetime guarantee, but prices should be more transparent.

My visit to this store far exceeded my expectations. Korino (probably not spelling that right) was so nice and knowledgeable. I told her I didn’t have much time and she was able to do the entire demonstration in under 20 minutes and answer all my questions. The music in the store was also great. All around a great experience.

These are the best inserts and the staff is amazing. The music is terrible, but somehow they maintain a smile. My back feels so much better after using this. Go get a free evaluation.

Good luck trying to return your $100 shoes unless you call out the manager. Your water damage claim was laughable. Change your name the feet store.

After experiencing terrible knee pain for over a year, despite months of PT, I went to this store last June as a last resort. My mom had recommended it because it helped her foot pain, but I kind of didn't expect anything. It makes no sense that some random inserts in your heels could fix knee pain! Robby was friendly and gave me a fitting, and I choked down the huge $500 price tag for the strongest pair of inserts that they had. Literally within a month, my knee pain was gone. It has been gone ever since. Last week, as an experiment, I went for a run without the inserts, and the knee pain came back. I still can't say for sure whether it was the inserts that made the difference or something else, but I am not taking these things out of my shoes again! The products are stupid expensive, and the corporate policy seems to be to hide the prices until the last minute. That seems like a scummy practice. I think they would get better reviews if their corporate office were more straightforward about pricing, but that is not this store's fault, so I give them 5 stars.

So I went in and the staff waa friendly enough, but they danced around the price which was not cool. So when I did get a straight answer it was $1500 for all three! Sticker shock from Hell, in a world where most of us live paycheck to paycheck. So I went with the 6 month strengthers and the associate told me that we can replace them a few times within the 6 months for free, and now they want to charge me another $100 for them, which I'm hilgh upset about that they won't honor what they said.So at this point I'm about 3 months in and still no relief with wearing them 5 out of 7 days. Sotosay I won't be back and I'll tell everybody that has feet pain not to go with "The Good Feet Store".

I was told that I would get a refund if for any reason they aren’t working out and I wasn’t given a timeframe aside from just come as often as you’d like and make adjustments. Now they’re saying I was given 6 months and I know for damn sure I wasn’t told a timeframe when I came and bought them last year that’s why I bought them. I wouldn’t recommend this company as they lie. I know that I would have came back before 6 months because $1500 is not chump change. Don’t waste your time and money.

The employee was nice. Just didn't tell me the price until I was ready to purchase. Kind of a sticker shock. Husband not pleased. Emailed to ask about returning some of the items and have not heard back. I guess I'll just have to drop by and surprise them with the return. I ended up calling them and met with them and they helped me with returning the inserts that I didn't need or want. Very good to work with.

My feet have never felt better! Bobbie was the gal that helped me and she was amazing and awesome. I have been to 2 different doctors for help with my ankle pain. Had inserts made that didn't help at all. I have no ankle pain now since I have worn the good feet inserts. I can't say enough good about the store.

My review relates to the store experience, as I didn’t purchase the inserts (I’ll explain at the end).Robbie did an excellent job of explaining the purpose of the product and effectiveness. I walked with each one and could definitely tell a difference. They were great. Why didn’t I purchase a set? I would have to pay the full amount out of pocket (I have a high deductible HSA) and wasn’t prepared for the ‘sticker shock’. If you have foot issues (I’m dealing with plantar fasciitis) and have good insurance, I think it would be fantastic. If no insurance, save up for a while. ?Final note: Robbie was super understanding and didn’t try to pressure me into a decision. Very professional, personal, and respectful.

The sales associate was friendly, respectful, and helpful. Im sure the product works great but it was out of my price range. I wish the associate would have been more up front with me when i asked about a general price range of the products. Instead she said she would figure it out when we were all through. I’m pretty sure she knows what they cost. She could have saved us both some time and told me upfront what a general price range would be.

Carolyn was great. We've been following her directions and I have never had my feet in pain like it caused. We want to get our money back. I was so hoping it would have helped . Especially Kelly.

My daughter has had some knee pain. Her Dr recommended a simple shoe insert from a running store to provide some arch support. On our way to a running store we recalled the Good Feet Store was close by so we stopped. It was an interesting process. The way the nice lady went about exploiting a rather small knee issue into an entire body issue. Some of the claims she made were pretty amazing. She said several times that the arch supports they provide would "cure" my daughters knee pain. Ring in the medical field I was immediately skeptical. We can almost never make claims like that. Long story short, a simple shoe insert visit turned into a full body evaluation, which turned into a quote of over $3,000 for my daughter and wife (they insisted a parent be evaluated too). After we said no they said our HSA would cover it. STILL NO! Interestingly enough we called our HSA provider to check in it....just for curiosity sake. They do not. I did not appreciate how they tried to create issues that were not issues we were looking to get corrected. Similar product available on Amazon for $19.99 with a lifetime warranty and no questions asked refunds.
