I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience truly wasn’t great. The products were fine and there were some helpful staff, but when it came time to checkout the cashier was completely rude. I didn’t catch her name, but she repeatedly tried to get a phone number to set up a loyalty account despite me telling her four separate times I wasn’t interested and had just run in for one product and wasn’t planning on ever really going to Ulta again in the future. After she finally realized I wasn’t going to give her my information (not to be difficult, I just didn’t want to sign up for something I’d immediately unsign up for) she got incredibly rude. I’m talking full demeanor change; rolled her eyes, stopped all pleasantries, ignored me to talk to her coworkers about other stuff and was incredibly snippy. I gave two stars due to the products themselves being fine, but unless you’re really good at sticking to your no or want to be indoctrinated into yet another loyalty program, your time may be better spent at the Sephora across the parking lot..

I called to ask if they could hold a pick up order I placed online for a couple of extra days. I was unable to pick it up due to the fact that I had Covid and was told no that the order would be canceled. I didn’t know I had Covid when I placed the order. It looks like Sephora will be the only store I will make future beauty purchases.

I love the products, but the customer service at the check out is severly lacking. They need dedicated staff at the check out counters. One cashier for 10 people in line is poor service.

I like this location. Staff is friendly and doesn’t constantly bug you like other stores (cough, cough Sephora). Things are pretty clean. Sometimes the Ulta app will claim that something is in store when it’s not, but that’s not necessarily their fault. Never had issues with returning things, either. :)

Farmington Station Ulta is kind of a mess & rarely stocked. But that is not what bothered me yesterday when I went in looking for travel size products I use. The male cashier checking me out and his female coworker working the register next to him, I believe to be workplace bullies. As he was ringing me up, the female employee kept interrupting him talking about random things. She completely disregarded that he was trying to ring up my stuff & continuously interrupted. Then she was discussing who was closing that night and she said it was her, him and another female employee. At that point, both were trash talking this other female employee. I don’t even know who they were talking about, but it made me sad for the person who wasn’t there. Maybe the employees should worry about stocking the store shelves instead of workplace gossip and being bullies.

Got my ears pierced by Josh, he was so professional and efficient!! Before he pierced them he lined them up perfectly on each side and made sure to check with me to make sure I liked them. He made sure to wash his hands and was very hygienic through the process! I didn’t feel anything, there was almost no pain! Highly recommend getting your ears pierced at ulta beauty!!
