I had written a very crappy review and was about to hit "send" when I made contact with LouAnn from the Farmington, Utah location who was so professional and sympathetic to my circumstance. LouAnn took the time to locate my package that was very time sensitive and get it to me. If the Post offices had more employees like her there would be no need for a complaint process. Thank you LouAnn for being such a great example to your co-workers and community members.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The lock on our mail box broke a few weeks back and someone came, fixed it, and hand delivered our new keys with a smile.

I had some package delivery complications but I got in touch with the post office and they solved it right away! i got my packages delivered right to my front door and the man on the phone was super kind. 10/10 recommend doing business with USPS

This post office was great! I had some mixup on my end regarding forwarding addresses. They were attentive and helped solve the problem quickly.

After a 4 year wait we finally have a post office again. A new building and the same terrible service. At least we used to get to watch the 2 employees bicker with each other. All I wanted to do was mail an envelope with tracking. The person who works the counter was away so the same inept post master from the old building tried to help. He didn't know how to log in. He is the postmaster and he does not know how to log in. Amazing. After about 10 minutes the counter person made an appearance and helped me.

this post office is trrible, were newer but have had so many problems already from late mail wrong mail othr mail and open mail. Questionable & sloppy for a USPS among the other complaints of unethical work we will be reporting an following up with elsewhere. You will get nowhere with this post office guys, good luck.
