“Wow. It is hard to say how much we loved celebrating our daughter’s wedding at Garden Gate Event Center. As the father of the bride I expected to spend the day watching for problems. I never had to. They were that good. The building itself is a rare mix of heritage construction and every modern amenity you actually need. Bridal and groom suites were excellent. The banquet hall and dance floor handled our crowd without feeling tight or empty. Decorations were elegant and clearly made for us—our colors and our taste. Food was on point. Charcuterie, the panini sandwich buffet, kettle chips, and pasta salad—simple, plentiful, and well executed. Guests kept going back. Service was impeccable. Shawnee and her team met every request without fuss. Marshal handled the MC role with grace and made sure every part of the family felt included. This is a family-owned place that treats each event as its own. Nothing was left unmanaged. One example: during transport our large three-tier cake shifted and slumped. They stepped in, rebuilt it, and returned it to its former glory with no sign of the damage. That is the difference between a venue and a team that actually cares. Scheduling, planning, and execution were flawless. They took every curveball without flinching. I would book them again without hesitation.”

“Just had my kiddos party! There was a misunderstanding but was quickly resolved and accommodated .. kids had a blast! One downfall was the pizza quality and taste could be better. Maybe dominos or local shop would be a better option and soda pitchers .”

“UPDATE: It is nice when feedback is taken seriously. They revamped their gym and added a lot of new equipment. No issues with the internet at all. Thank you taking the feedback seriously! 4 days and the internet still not working. Front desk says the waiting time on the call is too long. Went to the gym to only find 2 treadmills … that’s it. No weights no machines just two treadmills. I stay here very often but this stay was quite disappointing.”

“We had our wedding there in October 2024. It was absolutely beautiful. We used the solarium for the ceremony. We loved all the natural light. The brides room was perfect. My daughter and I felt so special getting ready with the bridal party. My husband liked the grooms room too. We took engagement pictures there and then the wedding pictures and ceremony. Thank you so much for providing this incredible venue!”
