This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. Lexi has very poor communication/listening skills and refused to help me with my pick up order. When I asked to cancel the order she told me I had to go to the corporate store in another city. Just for them to tell me the original location had to cancel the order. She wasted 2 hours of my time because she didn’t want to do her job. I will never do business with this store and would discourage anyone from doing business with this location

Had the worst experience ever at this store. The billing was a nightmare. Nothing they told us was true. Have been in at least 5 times to try and fix there mistakes and still getting nowhere. Avoid this location.

Quincy was incredibly helpful and made this process a breeze. He was honest and he communicated every detail with us. All questions were answered thoughtfully. I expected this process to be a nightmare, and it just wasn't. We also witnessed his interactions with other customers and he promptly addressed them and gave them the opportunity to schedule an appointment to be seen later instead of waiting. Thank you so so much, Quincy!

Lexi was the most amazing help ever! Me and my mom went in to get some things taken care of with a phone I had bought and she was so helpful. I have never had such an amazing experience at this store. So grateful for the time she took to help us.

Quincy was so incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough about the unparalleled level of customer service he provided. He found a number of ways to bundle services and save our family on our monthly plan. Also, he’s very personable and friendly. We will absolutely call ahead to make sure he’s working the next time we need services. He’s 10/10 amazing!

The "gone for lunch sign" has been on for over 3 hours. I'm now made two trips the same location on the same day and they have the same sign up. Maybe they're closed for business?

This really is the worst location. They don’t show up for their posted hours, their posted hours online don’t mirror the posted hours on the storefront. They make promises they can’t keep, which created massive, time consuming problems for us.In summary, DO NOT visit this location. Find a corporate store, not an authorized agency.
