He handled both her and her injury and got things cleaned up. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of his approach and that he took the time to explain things clearly.”

“Recently got our dog groomed at PetCo by Karen Caws. Ruby is a lab/standard poodle/Australian shepherd and weighs over 80 pounds. Big dog who got the lab/shepherd fur which sheds a lot. Karen did a great job. Ruby looks beautiful with a very short haircut. She no longer has fur in here eyes and doesn't drip quite so much after a drink. I would avoid Ruby after a drink -- so messy, but not anymore. I've scheduled our next appointment. Ask for Karen!”

“Came in with an outdoor/feral cat who had an abscess. The vet, Dr. Powell, was super patient and communicative and the procedure went well. The technician and receptionist were both kind as well. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Update: I’ve since brought in my three indoor cats multiple times, for a variety of visits including dental surgery, blood work, wellness exams, annual shots, and nail trims. They send text reminders for appointments and they answer calls quickly and appointments usually run on time. The waiting area can get loud and full so I recommend bringing a carrier cover if your pet gets stressed. All of the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and communicative. I used to take my cats to Bayview, and the level of care at LVH is far above what I experienced there. I especially appreciate that they provide detailed estimates for procedures, including both low-end and high-end ranges, which makes planning easier. I also highly recommend the Thrive Plus membership and CareCredit if needed!”

“Dr Martin and Lilly were amazing with my timid & anxious pitty. My dog had a really bad ear infection and Dr Martin did a thorough cleaning and gave her antibiotic ointment while Lilly held and comforted my dog. Afterwards, Addy was so kind to help me with follow up questions! I would highly recommend this place. They are reasonably priced too.”

“We recently moved to Utah. Our 8 year old husky began appearing lethargic, no energy and just not herself. We ended up taking her to an urgent care to uncover she was diabetic. Her glucose levels were dangerously high. In a panic, we were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day with Animal Care. The doctors took the time to explain to us this life change and did so with care and compassion. We’ve been coming for weekly check ins of her glucose levels. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend their office to anyone! Great care, great staff and excellent Veterinarians! “We had a great experience at Parrish Creek today. Dr. Daugherty and her technician were so gentle and sweet with our little hamster, Sprite. He was wiggly and impatient but they were patient with him and they took time to chat with us, not only about the issue we came in for, but about his housing, diet and other care at home. It was clear they wanted to make sure he was an all-around healthy and happy hamster. I really appreciate that there is a good exotic pet vet around, even though they are an hour away from us. It was worth it.”

“I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.”
