Final straw for me. I can’t stand Wells Fargo anymore. Going into these locations makes me want to close my accounts. This is the second Wells Fargo I have been in to where they have no public restroom. It’s things like these that make you really reevaluate who you do business with. Like give me a break, you can’t even provide your customers with a restroom?! #overwellsfargo

I am speaking of wells fargo in general. I have had difficulty getting checks cashed because they close so early. I have had accounts with them for 6 years and there mobile deposit is still thousands of dollars below what my other banks are and this causes issues with getting funds deposited when they come in and the check is too large. They do not seem to care about the customer and basically everything is based on policy. For my business transferes, they will be happy to accept those if I will open a business account and maintain a minimum. I am not a banker, but my other banks recognize that I have run millions of dollars through their system and when they get a large check from a local bank that they could simply call, they do not hold it. Especially when it needs to be used for quarterly taxes etc. that cannot be held. I have dealt with them extensively and the customer service just isn't there.

I was recently in to open a new/old account. The ladies were so helpful and very nice! No one seemed irritated or put out like some bank employees are. I was headed to a different bank prior to coming here, but the lady on the phone to the other bank was rude and seemed more worried about her scheduled appointment that was 1.5 hours out. So, I drove down the road just a bit further and went to the Wells Fargo. I sure am glad I did. All the ladies in there were very helpful and in good spirits. Tammy (the branch manager) helped me right away and was so nice, very informative as well as professional! I love this branch and look forward to working with all the ladies there! Thank you again Tammy and crew! Keep up the great work! It shows!

The Branch Manager is highly reactive and yelled just for the sake of arguing all the way until I walked to the door. She made her employees uncomfortable and didn't care. She didn't care to problems solve even though I have more than 5 accounts with Wells Fargo. Never going back to that branch. What a Toxic Experience!!!!!The area manager called an apologized. There is new management and he is going to continue to train regarding communication skills. I appreciate the apology.

I can be a bit of a pain in the, well you know, I have been treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism every time I have been there. I llike that they remember people's names and I love that they take the time to engage my 6 year old daughter in the conversation. The employees here really try to accommodate their customers.

Two thumbs down! I simply wanted to cash a check and they said they didn't have any money...How does the bank not have money to give you!??! Especially when the check is from Wells Fargo bank! Definitely bank anywhere but there
