I've been with this insurance company for almost 3 years and everything has been great up until the point I was hit by another driver and going through the claim/repair process. I've left multiple voicemails for the claim adjustor and not heard a thing back. Because the repair shop has taken so long, I've had to pay almost $800.00 out of pocket for the rental I've needed. Now trying to get reimbursed but can't seem to get any answers. I'll be changing insurances soon.

Trevor does a fantastic job at helping his clients take care of all of their insurance needs. He is very honest and upfront about the companies and coverages that he offers. I have had many dealings with Trevor’s insurance company and they are definitely top notch!

I've been with American National for many years, specifically through the Murray Agency, and have been nothing but pleased. Most of us only go out of our way to leave reviews when we've had a negative experience, it takes a great experience, (or many) to elicit voluntary praise. That's the reason for my positive review/rating. The Murray Agency is fantastic to work with. The entire staff is excellent. They're courteous, kind, and respectful, which go a long way, but more importantly they are helpful and competent.I'm currently dealing with an auto accident claim and the other insurance company has been a nightmare to work with. Trevor has been so helpful by providing sound advice and helping my wife and I feel comfortable with this whole process. In addition to the stellar customer service I'm receiving from the Murray Agency, the claim rep from American National has also been a tremendous help and a delight to work with. The accident was the fault of the other party, but American National has gone above and beyond to make sure my family is being taken care of when it could've been so easy to just hand us off to the other insurance company.I'm so pleased with the Murray Agency and American National. Thanks Trevor and Staff for being so great! It's refreshing to deal with good honest folks who truly care.
