I just moved to Fountain Green and needed to get a PO Box. I read the reviews while I was looking at the FG Post Office website. I noticed most of them were quite negative. I just went today to get my PO box and the lady who helped me was AWESOME! She was helpful, knowledgeable, kind and gracious. I got my PO Box with no problems at all.

It is very frustrating to have this post office open for just a few hours during the day when everyone is working, and then get a slip saying I have to go into the office to pick up a package. There are always parcel lockers available when I go in and my packages will always fit. It just seems like laziness on the part of the postal workers.

They're slow. Takes forever to get any mail. Lady is kinda rude when you ask for it.

The hours suck. I don't understand they say town is not big enough for regular hours but spring city is smaller and they have regular hours. I hate ordering anything because it's almost impossible to get it at the post office with their hours.

This is probably the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. The main lady who works here is abrasive, rude, and generally unhelpful. And the hours they keep make it impossible to get anything done, unless you don't have a job.
