I have lost tracked on how many times my husband and I have had our packages say delivered and not show up on our parcel for days.
We constantly have to file that it is missing for us to get our packages.

Terrible customer service they make a mistake. They refused to fix it. They say they don’t have the resources to fix their mistakes.

Really poor quality of service. They throw your mail on the ground and in the ditch. This is right by the sidewalk which makes it more likely to be stolen. Don't trust this post office with anything of value.
