I have lost tracked on how many times my husband and I have had our packages say delivered and not show up on our parcel for days.
We constantly have to file that it is missing for us to get our packages.

I agree that that mail carriers do a very poor quality service. We've had packages delivered to our porch and could see on doorbell camera that the package was already OPEN on delivery. Also they stuff things that don't fit into the small mail box slots rather than using the lager available boxes and put they key in the small box. The only way to get the package out of the small box was to destroy the packaging. Lazy and unprofessional but what do you expect for a government org.

Their on site workers are great however my carrier is awful. This is now the second time we put a hold on our mail for vacation that hasn't been honored. Which is extremely concerning for security. We constantly get the old owners mail, even though we've talked to the carrier and post office AND placed permanent note in our mailbox lid stating Hardy only, but we get their mail weekly. We've even had a huge stack of the old owners mail delivered, like they were holding it but stopped.
Their lack of security is extremely upsetting and concerning.

Had our downs but looking up from here, my mom even got one of her home health & hospice mail. I deleted my last review as we all go through things and deserve second chances and not only having the bad things pointed out and hoping to have only positive interactions from here on out and a good relationship with my mail carrier. Hoping maybe it was just a rough go there for awhile. Whoever sorted this out THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You are appreciated as are all the usps workers, it is a demanding job that I do understand.

Ugh. They keep mis delivering. The mail
I keep getting my neighbors mail ( then get accused of stealing upon delivering their mail to them) yeah that’s what I do, steal their mail to give it back ridiculous so now we are on very bad terms because this post office can’t deliver to the right address. I still have had no mail. Didn’t receive my ballots so I guess I don’t get to vote because some holier than thou neighbor feels I dont deserve my mail.
So I’ll do the same.
Thanks for starting a war because you won’t get rid of that chick. Speeding through the neighborhood doing whatever she wants with the mail. She on drugs or what??? Furious

Watched our mailman get our mail ready and because they would have to get out of the truck drive right by our house and on to the neighbor. We are waiting on a check that was suppose to get delivered today. Not happy. I can’t control who parks in front of our house on a public road. If the weather was bad I would understand but it’s sunny and would have taken 10 extra seconds.

For over 60 years my family and I have had the privilege of having our Mail delivered at the post office in Grantsville. Marge, Carol, Vicky, Christine and many more were our dedicated Mail handlers. They made every effort to deliver rain or shine. To them I say Thank You! We've had an ongoing issue with getting our Mail for more than a year now. Very frustrating! After some discussion we seem to be doing better now. Just want to add that the team at the post office did straighten out the issues. Nobody is perfect.

Really poor quality of service. They throw your mail on the ground and in the ditch. This is right by the sidewalk which makes it more likely to be stolen. Don't trust this post office with anything of value.

Our carrier is pretty careless. I got a diploma in the mail with a big "DO NOT BEND" on the outside and this enlightened individual folded and jammed into my mailbox, creasing the document. Government employees for ya.

The people who work here are way nice but i had an issue with an expensive package being lost in the mail and they provided zero help. Couldn't even get my insurance from the package because i had lost my receipt. Only post office I've ever had an issue with :/

The people who work here are nice. BUT they continue putting other people's mail in my PO Box, and my mail in others boxes. When I have deliveries specifically sent to my house, they ignore and have delivered to my P.O. Box. So frustrating!!
