I switched from Amerigas because every time I filled my 5 tanks they charged me an extra 60$ per tank delivery fee and always other fees , This went on for years and I didn’t realize all the extra fees , finally I got ahold of James at Garkane and he almost cut my total bill in half! James also had new tanks set up within a day !! Which by the way Amerigas charged me another pickup fee for each tank and they picked them all at once!!! It’s the best switch I’ve made for my business!!! Thanks James and Garkane!!

Shout out to the great people at Garkane Propane. They had the delivery tech look at our heater that we couldn't get lit.He did it and now we have heat. Super responsive and always friendly.

An extra $12 to every bill payment is not the way to win customer approval! This is the 2nd time that Garkane Propane has changed their online bill pay method/vendor since I have been a customer. The last time was a disappointment because I could no longer see my billing and usage history. This latest iteration is nothing short of an ambush. What a sour experience it was to give all my information to what I thought was Garkane only to find out on the final screen that I was actually dealing with a third party and that this entity was going to charge me $12 per payment unless I subscribed at $5 per month to have them handle all of my payments. Screw that! None of my other service providers/retailers do this. They have all provided a way to pay without a surcharge. If Garkane is trying to increase their office paperwork by having their staff manually stuffing and opening mail and manually entering payment information then they have probably hit the jackpot with this latest scheme. Way to go. You had better rehire those people you let go when you thought you had automated their job. In fact, why don't you fire the people who approved your latest payment vendor, because most people in your service area do not have the means to pay a $12 surcharge on their bill each period or subscribe to a service that they will never use for any of their other payments because all of their other payments are already made for free. By the way, I am now looking at alternate ways to heat my home.
