“I was blown away by how incredible an experience my family and I had at Lebrun Ford. My 18 year old son was in the market for a 4Runner. He had kept his eye out of for one for a while and knew what he was looking for. He found one on KSL and we made the drive to Heber from Salt Lake. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were met by Jim our salesman. He greeted us with a handshake and welcomed us to the dealership. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. He was so great to my son who was a bit nervous being his 1st time buying a car. He told us to take our time on the test drive and didn’t ask to go with us. I appreciated that as it gave us time to talk openly about the vehicle amongst ourselves. After returning from the test drive we told him we were interested. The paperwork was very smooth and easy. We felt the trade value was very fair for our trade in. I loved that they didn’t have any hidden fees and we weren’t charged for things we didn’t need. Jim even gave my son and I a hat as I thank you. It is definitely worth the drive to Labrum as it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was definitely a small town family vibe there and I could tell the staff were close and cared for each other. I will be returning the next time im in the market for a vehicle. “I’ve been going here for a while for good reason. They take care of my car very well and have been able to get a lot of things covered by my extended warranty. They were able to get things completed in just a few days this time. The only time I was annoyed at an issue was when it wasn’t clear that the remote start was connected to the car battery and I felt overcharged for the battery from what I could get from Costco but it has a warranty and they have more than made up for that miscommunication in other was! I will continue to go to them for help with my car.”
“Needed to install trailer 7 way plug on a Tacoma. Other shops said the wait was 4 weeks. Was able to get an appointment within a week. Really fast turn around service once truck was dropped off. Jim was also very helpful! Highly recommend for any trailer service needs!”

“Took my old 2003 trailblazer in and in just a day I was able to go a get it back, they were able to figure out my problems that I had asked to be checked pretty quickly and told me what else I had going on. The prices felt reasonable compared to past places and the price they tell you is the price you get, so it was nice to not see any extra tax prices or other fees when I went to go get it. Highly recommend will be going back.”
“Our Lexus was in need of a new water pump and I really didn’t want to take it all the way to Lindon to have it worked on. My brother-in-law has been taking his construction trucks/vehicles to The Shop since they opened and he highly recommended I give them a shot. Glad I did!! I took it in on a Tuesday and they had it fixed and back to me by Thursday of the same week! Great work, great people and great Shop! 5 stars!!!”

“We were visiting Heber City for Labor Day and we were on our way home when our vehicle started making horrible noises and leaking fluids. Not only were they open on Labor Day, but within 2 hours they took a look at the vehicle, diagnosed that it was a damaged belt that had broken an AC hose, and replaced the belt so that we could get home. On top of that they only charged me $100 parts and labor. They were great!”

“2016 Toyota Tacoma. Lift kit ordered, Old Man Emu, control arms by Rocky Road. Very good experience with helpful consultation from their Toyota experts. The kit installation was easier than anticipated. The control arms were a great addition, happy I chose them. The alignment, I did not do. But alignment shop said everything went excellent and all settings in factory specification. Kit came in a couple weeks, normal for these Australian parts. Very highly recommend this company for Tacoma parts and I plan on ordering more shortly. Thank you.

“I was on a long road trip when my brakes started getting hot and smelt as if they were over heating. I took my car in the next morning and I was so thankful for Travis and Heathers help. They made me feel at ease and assured me they would have the team do an all around safety check. After the check was complete, they showed me my brake pads and rotors and assured me I have plenty left and will make it home safely. I had them do a routine oil change and tire rotation while I was there. They did not try to upsell anything that I didn’t need. The team completed the safety checks quickly, but with the highest detail. I made it home safely from my road trip, and I am so thankful I took the time to stop and get my vehicle checked out. Thank you Heather, Travis, and team!”
“These guys were fantastic!!!! We got a quote from another company saying the repairs would be $800. Not sure if they were lying or just didn’t know what they were doing, but we tried Tracy’s and they said we just needed an oil change and a new air filter and presto! The car was fine. Only $120. Super friendly, I felt like they actually knew cars and took time to really look at our car rather than just run the program so to speak. 100% will return.”

“I went in today needing a new battery and I just went to go look and see what options Walmart had, Steven went out of his way to help me, he offered to replace it for me and was so kind and understanding with me even showed me a video to find where my battery was so I could replace it( he offered to help me but told me since of the location of my battery he wasn’t able to.) big thank you for Steven he really made my day and put a big smile on my face. Even mentioned that after I got the battery fixed I could take it to them and get some money back”
