“Returned visit last week because Lynn saved my night when I needed a tow and was down last year.Same helpful caring service. they were real busy so I set an appointment for AC and when I told them what happened, and a home mechanic replaced the heater core and it stopped working, and was problem solving and sweating bullet s in the heat, 2 of them rushed curiously to see if their knowledge was correct on what it might be. YES! Boom I got a diagnosis in 1 minute. Well worth it! “I own a transportation company and need my vehicles running. Last night I hit a raccoon and it hit my grill and that grill stabbed into and cut a nice size hole into my radiator. Leaked fluid everywhere and was smoking. Wes let me Park it out front last last night and had it replaced by this afternoon. Got it finished just before we had another Airport run. “Today a scenic drive to heber on a saturday ended with my engine overheating and my coolant hose breaking. I was towed to wasatch auto and helped right away! They made sure they got the part needed and helped fix it up that day! definitely a favor from them to get me fixed up fast on one of their busiest days to head back home and not stranded. I had them do one minor and one major dent repair and repainting and it looks BETTER THAN NEW! “Buying a new car is usually a pain, and is especially a pain right now with how inventory is. I wanted a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe Rubicon in Gecko Green. I checked with a few dealers around me in Utah Valley and they all tried to push me towards some of their existing inventory or inventory coming in. Some said they couldn't order that color or gave other excuses. I decided to email Karl Malone and was quickly told they could get me what I wanted and to come in. I came in, sat down, and had my Jeep ordered the exact way I wanted it in 5 minutes. Of course it took forever to arrive, but that is the same everywhere right now.Once it got there, I was given a great overview of every function/button in the Jeep, along with some other information. Financing also helped me work around a hiccup I had where I needed to transfer funds over from one bank account to the bank account the check was being written from. I will say, I wish they were a little more competitive with their pricing (MSRP with no room to budge), and I do wish they would have given me an exact total cost, including taxes, registration, etc. back when I was ordering rather than waiting til the day it came in. Other than that though, it was great and I love my new Jeep!”
