“These guys do an awesome job! I’ve had 3 vehicles with them over the past couple years. This round, I went to their Spanish Fork location first because PC was too far out to schedule and we were very unhappy with the finished product. Paint was terrible, clear coat was a drippy mess. When I brought my truck in to the Park City location to voice my complaints, they were quick to make it right. Y’all should send some of your competent staff to Spanish Fork and train them to preform to your companies standards. I was mislead by whoever took my initial call and stated that your “quality is the same at all locations””

He was knowledgeable, polite and answered the phone and didn't put me on hold ( like the parts store ) I called first. I would recommend the automotive shop to any broke down traveler. “They could rest on their laurels or relative lack of competition in Park City, but I have had nothing but great experiences with Burt Bros. I use them for seasonal tire changeovers as well as regular maintenance and anything else that goes awry on my older BMW. The prices are reasonable if not competitive and the quality is exceptional. My only issue is the cost to store the seasonal tires of $400 a year. So I started storing them myself. Otherwise I highly recommend them for all auto services.”

I contacted the Larry H Miller dealership that I leased the car through and they said they were going to tack an extra $1500 onto the purchase price. I contacted a few other Ford dealerships and they also quoted me the contract purchase price plus fees plus a markup between $1000 and $1500. I am so glad that I tried Crandall Ford. Stan Peterson processed the lease buyout without adding any kind of markup. He did not try to take advantage of me or hose me like these other dealerships were trying to do.
