“Stopped by for the first time and had a very positive experience. Butcher explained the different sausages and where their meat comes from. Picked up a steak and several different sausages, the steak was one of the best tasting, tender ribeye I've ever had. The different sausages, bratwurst etc were a big hit with the family, will be back!”

“Guy and Austin were great! They let me try a raw scallop, it was very fresh. I bought a pound of tuna and 4 scallops for some fresh sashimi. Thanks to Guy and Austin! Jerry”
