I was checking out and a blond lady came to the checkout counter and started talking about me right in front of me. I don’t even know this lady. What I gathered was I walked around the store holding some clothing items that apparently where not suppose to be moved. There were no signs with rules and no one telling people the rules. The blond lady said, “I can’t believe that she just took those jackets.” She keep going and going on about it when I was standing right there. I think a rule of thumb is if you are going to have a problem with someone including them in the conversation especially if it’s right in front of their face, or if you insist of being rude at least do it when they leave. Bad form blond lady.

First off the prices are insane. Secondly and most importantly you ask any question or make one mistake and they give the most insane attitude and don't fail to make you very embarrassed and definitely not want to come back. Ive been here twice and it was the same experience. The lady with the blue hair who checks customers out never fails to be a complete jerk and make the most friendly customers feel like idiots. Good luck creating a good experience for PAYING customers with employees who act like that.

Love Heber valley thrift! Very organized and things are very easy to find. Great staff as well. Lots of good home decor as well as many good clothing brands that are usually so expensive for an amazing price!

I just can’t say enough about this wonderful thrift store!! The personnel working there are so friendly and helpful; the pricing is always reasonable and there is always a discount every day! It’s a “I must stop by the thrift store today! “Open every day except Sundays!❤️

Pricing is unfair, it seems items are priced per category (all shorts, shoes, household items, ect priced the same) and not taken into factor original price, condition , ect. Too many items I picked up were broken and priced hardly below what I can buy at full price. Too bad because I used to like shopping here. Two stars cause it is clean and organized.Examples: broken candlestick holder from home goods: $8American Eagle shorts that are about 10 years old with stains: $15Broken picture frame from the 80s: $8

I’ve been coming to this thrift store for several years and it’s my favorite one! I always find things I love and even have some brand new clothing. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and it feels like a family-like environment. I’m so grateful this store is in Heber!

I have shopped at the Heber Valley Thrift store for many years. I have found that they consistently have great prices and great variety in clothes and household goods. They are organized and the staff is always friendly. Leah and or Heather have been extremely helpful to me many times. This store is a great asset to the Heber Valley.

I love the Heber Valley thrift. I do most of my clothing and house decor shopping there. I am able to find a lot of name brand, quality items for a very fair price. I especially love that if I am in need of something I let them know and they keep an eye out for me!!!! And best of all, I love when they have their discounted days. I mean who wouldn’t want a discount on top of something already discounted ❤️❤️❤️ I also want to share that When there was a huge wildfire out in the Basin we called upon the pantry side of the Heber Valley Thrift and asked them for food donations. The kindly dropped off a whole trailer load of food to my home and we were able to drive it up to the area to assist. Thank you Heber Valley Thrift and pantry for being an exceptional contribution to our community.

I’m a huge thrifter for over 50 years! This store is so organized and clean. Amazing , helpful staff! Much higher quality stuff than most other thrift stores. Almost like a boutique but with thrift store prices. There has always been a good sale on every time I go, and I even have friends who come up from the valley to shop there. We are so lucky to have this store in our sorta small town❤️

This place has recently lost sight of what a thrift store is. A thrift is supposed to help people who are financially struggling or trying to find better deals on items when on a budget.A THRIFT store is not about making top dollar on every single item or asking a premium on an item just because that is what it goes for online. I understand this a business but if this is the case, please change the name to "Boutique" Store not thrift.

This place used to be one of the best thrifting spots in town. There USED to be super kind people who worked there and they gave fair prices for the donated, used product. Now it is absolutely TERRIBLE. I’m not sure what happened about a year and half ago but they went through a management shift that was pretty rough.. They made a huge increase on prices and took away the punchcard for dollars spent… ok, whatever… it’s a community support endeavor? I can support that, right?Well, I just recently found out they, AGAIN, went under new management. They are no longer are doing discounts on their items. Just to paint a clear picture, items were always intensely marked up because you got a “deal” for the day.. Meaning, that you would get a 20% to 40% off discount on the given the time of the week... So with that being said, the higher prices kind of made sense (still scammy but ok).. However, now, they no longer offering discounts. I cannot justify $10 for a used flannel. All their winter jackets were priced over $20. I saw a used wool jacket was priced at $75!! The next isle over.. y’all….a used, dirty, tennis ball priced at $2 dollars..This business is missing the mark on what it means to be a non-profit business and what it means to be there to help support the community. It’s all donation and volunteers. Why are the prices soooo high? What happened to this being a resource for individuals who can’t afford products brand new? I really believe the people who donate to CCPC believe their stuff is going to people in need. Clearly CCPC is no longer a community oriented space. So I deeply disappointing.

So new management. No more discounts, won't even honor your punch card. Very disappointed. Screaming we close in 5 minutes at 2pm. So much for the good old days. Park city has moved in I assume. We drove store. Not a Thrift shop.wont be back.
