They have dog treats inside. Cute! So far only we haven't had a bad experience with this branch.

Worst bank I have ever been to in my life. They refused to help me. They had a bad attitude and treated me like I was some crazy person because I wanted the money out of my account. They refused to give me any information that I needed to get this squared away. The good thing was the big bosses came out and help get it... read full comment

Silvia the bank manager spent the better part of a day helping me with a transaction in which the recieving bank (on a wire transfer not Chase) was at fault. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff seem to be equally qualified! 5 stars
