Deer Creek Island Resort is a beautiful place with easy access to the reservoir. It is a great place to rent a boat or jet ski, with a kind and great service. The owners are cool and provide a detailed orientation. Rentals are super convenient and easy, though boat rentals can be priced rather steeply. The jet skis are a blast and highly recommended for zooming around the water. The resort can get crowded in summer, but there is parking available. It is a great lake day and a top notch experience for company parties or fun on the water.
The best experience! I rented a jet ski and from start to finish they were so kind, and walked me through everything! I was worried about having to pull it onto the trailer; whoever the amazing guy was talked me through it the whole time haha. Would highly highly recommend renting from here!

We came with our twins and rented two wave runners for 2 hours. We had a BLAST! The crew was super helpful at check in and going over safety and procedures. The wave runners worked great and we all had the best day of our lives. Huge thank you to Cole, Maggie, Ellie and Jake.

For fishing it was alright kind of sucked with the choppy winds made fishing not fun from the shore.
