Elisa at Elevate Salon is amazing! She just did my highlights and a haircut, and as always, she did an incredible job. She’s super nice, so easy to talk to, and really thorough with everything she does. I always leave loving my hair — it looks fresh, natural, and exactly how I want it every time. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about doing great work!

Both girls who I’ve had are really kind and I can tell are trying really hard, but have left my hair horrible. Also both times have double booked me. First time I went in and asked for a very specific design, it was a balayage, my hair was left orange and not blended right, I still paid her and left and whatever, I felt it was my fault for some reason, tried again with another girl but told her more details that I thought might help, I specified even more what I wanted and ASKED if she could do it and once again I was left with ugly hair and now even more damaged. The only reason I am upset is because both times I was charged over 200 dls, when I specifically said what I wanted, showed them pictures, I told them what I did not want, and somehow both times I ended up with what I didn’t want. I just feel that they should consider being more honest regarding what they can and can not do, I came home with tears in my eyes because my hair was so bad. I just wish they would of told me from the beginning, it won’t look like that because whatever, or I don’t know how to make it look like that, or ur hair is too damaged? Or anything but I would have appreciated being told from the beginning that they could not do what I was asking, would have saved me time, money and tears.

My hair always looks so good when I go to Elevate salon. Amy knows how to do blonde hair better than anyone I’ve ever been to. The salon is so inviting and has such a friendly atmosphere.
