Jiffy Lube is very deceptive in their practices. Sign offers $30 off synthetic oil change. Which they gave me and then added $30 back on saying my vehicle uses 3 more qts than the allowed 5 at $10 each. Then they charged me more then the posted cost shown in there waiting room and I pointed that out and the tech stated the posted amount was wrong and needs to be changed but this is how much it really is and then just stood there and would not say another word. It was like talking to a 2 yr old. Be warned they will stick it to you one way or another.
I highly DO NOT recommend them for any service at all. Plenty of competitors down the street that will treat you fairly.

I was on a long road trip when my brakes started getting hot and smelt as if they were over heating. I took my car in the next morning and I was so thankful for Travis and Heathers help. They made me feel at ease and assured me they would have the team do an all around safety check. After the check was complete, they showed me my brake pads and rotors and assured me I have plenty left and will make it home safely. I had them do a routine oil change and tire rotation while I was there. They did not try to upsell anything that I didn’t need. The team completed the safety checks quickly, but with the highest detail. I made it home safely from my road trip, and I am so thankful I took the time to stop and get my vehicle checked out. Thank you Heather, Travis, and team!

Called and talked to Heather in the phone who told me when I should come in for a tire rotation. They were able to take me in right away. Heather was such a sweetheart and they finished my rotation more quickly than anticipated. I love coming here, they are always efficient and kind!

Pulled up right at opening on a Saturday morning and they saw me and even opened a few minutes early. They took great care of me and I was on the road in less than 20 minutes. The Synthetic change set me back $120, but is the price of convenience and not inconsistent with another local shop advertising their $99 special.
