I was blown away by how incredible an experience my family and I had at Lebrun Ford. My 18 year old son was in the market for a 4Runner. He had kept his eye out of for one for a while and knew what he was looking for. He found one on KSL and we made the drive to Heber from Salt Lake. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were met by Jim our salesman. He greeted us with a handshake and welcomed us to the dealership. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. He was so great to my son who was a bit nervous being his 1st time buying a car. He told us to take our time on the test drive and didn’t ask to go with us. I appreciated that as it gave us time to talk openly about the vehicle amongst ourselves. After returning from the test drive we told him we were interested. The paperwork was very smooth and easy. We felt the trade value was very fair for our trade in. I loved that they didn’t have any hidden fees and we weren’t charged for things we didn’t need. Jim even gave my son and I a hat as I thank you. It is definitely worth the drive to Labrum as it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. There was definitely a small town family vibe there and I could tell the staff were close and cared for each other. I will be returning the next time im in the market for a vehicle. Thank you Jim and everyone at Labrum Ford!

Highly recommend Labrum in Heber as well as Hank. This was hands down the SMOOTHEST vehicle purchase we have ever had. Hank was personable and kind and took the time to get to know my wife and I personally while waiting for financing. I’ll refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to Hank at Labrum! Thanks Hank !!

I had been searching for a truck for several months and struggled to get timely responses from other dealerships. When I reached out to Phil, he provided several options the very same day. I went to see one of the trucks he recommended and ended up purchasing it that day. Phil was fantastic to work with—responsive, helpful, and made the process easy. I’ll definitely be buying from him again!

Super clean, low mileage Mustang Shelby GT350 sports car that I've been looking for. A "no-issue" experience at the dealership with the help of Jim, Phil and Jeff. Having looked it over the day prior to the purchase, the total time at the dealership was just 2 hours from walking in, making the deal, taking test drive, to driving it away. This is a great small-town car dealership with a full service, selling and servicing both Ford and Chevrolet brands.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Labrum's for years. Blain and Jennifer in Service have always taken great care of me and when it was time for a new one, Jim couldn't have been any better. He was fantastic and absolutely no pressure at all. He sold me the perfect car for me and my family. Jeff in Finance was super nice and fast with paperwork and had me in and out in no time. I would highly recommend Labrum's for all of your needs. Every department treats you the way you want to be treated. Thank you for making buying a new car so easy. I absolutely love it!!!

We never took the truck home day of purchase; came back a week later; now waiting again should have been ready with a new key we ordered already programmed but….Brian was good, the waiting game is a little frustrating; thought we would come back a week later; with everything completed and just leave lol! Labrum was friendly for the most part, Marco was apologetic and said he would get us lunch when we come for a free oil change
