These guys are amazing! I should’ve left this review years ago.
They’ve been helping our family for 7 years now. They are trust worthy, quick turn around, and amazing at what they do. 🙌🏼
With four teenagers we have brought a lot of broken devices to them. Including an Xbox, and these guys have fixed all of them and I’ve never had any problem with the devices after they fix them.

I had an excellent experience at Phone Doc in Heber City. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. They went the extra mile to help me out and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been in to the Phone Doc a couple times and the employee there is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He genuinely seems trustworthy and honest in his work. For example, when I came in today with what I thought was a completely broken phone, he did a quick simple fix with no charge. Highly recommend their services.

Thor and his brother have been great to work with over the years. Highly recommend going in there for anything phone related. They will hook you up with something high quality. They will be honest if it’s not. Very fair prices.

So thankful for Phone Doc!! My teenager broke his newer iPhone badly and Thor ordered new parts quickly and repaired it super fast! My son and I were both very grateful for the speed and that we didn’t have to drive to an Apple Store. We are so lucky to have this in the Heber Valley. Thor’s customer service and phone repair knowledge were top notch. Highly recommend!

I feel so happy to find a couple nice, honest guys to help with phone things!! They offered a fix for my glitching phone, with a refund if it didn’t end up working. It didn’t, I got the refund, and purchased a refurbished iPhone from them. The price was VERY GOOD and they fully disclosed all issues with the new phone and gave me a 6 month warranty on it. These guys are seriously the best! I did not think I could get a refurbished phone for this price, I am so happy with their business!

These guys are THE BEST. THE. BEST. I have come to them when I needed my iphone fixed or replaced, when I needed my son’s android phone fixed or replaced, and when I needed our switch fixed. I will ALWAYS go here first, they are top notch guys who really take care of you.

Great service, went in for a broken charging port and the employee realized the port was just blocked. He fixed it in 30 seconds and didn’t charge anything!

No matter what problem I have with my phone they have the answer. Went to Verizon once & they sent me to DOC because they didn have a clue.
