Mitch and his crew are the best! They have a deep and very through knowledge of the auto body and the best possible way to repair vehicle to a condition that is better than before your collision. They did an excellent job on my XC 60 Volvo. Because we had insurance issues we ended up having to do the cost out of pocket. They helped me research what I needed to look for with used parts. Then were able to match up the doors and mirror I found to fit my car for a great price. Thank you!!

Said 1-2 weeks. It took 4. They broke pieces on our car so now we have to wait for those to come in and be replaced. When we got the car back it had new dents. Not recommended!

I had a car accident and took my car at their shop to get it repaired. They estimated around 7 weeks and I left it there in November and got it back in February. Lots of phone calls back and forth. I would say they did a good job but I’m never gonna use their services anymore just for the long wait and very rude receptionist whenever I would call. Car was also very dirty inside, not sure If i can get the stains out and its gonna need detailing and professional cleaning. I would honestly avoid this shop, unless you dont mind and won’t need your car back for half a year.

Ok experience here. Got my vehicle in to the shop later than scheduled (7 weeks instead of 6) slightly over the original estimate (no big deal) and took longer (5 days instead of the 2-3 that I was originally told). Also asked if they would buff out some marks in my clear coat and they wouldn’t do it. Which I thought was odd. Overall just glad it’s over. Also do not rent from the enterprise next door if you can help it. Very high prices and my car reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

2.5 stars: I got into a wreck in the start of December and was told they were very busy so delays would last until the 1st week of january. Many delays later the car was not ready until the second week of February, after my rental car coverage was long out. They did not call to notify of the delays and would instead wait until I called to make different excuses. They get half credit because the car was repaired to a satisfactory condition (although still missing small comsetic parts) when I eventually got it back and they let me pick it up on a day they were closed as someone was there doing paperwork.
