Extremely overpriced and poor customer service. For example, their filtered water refill station has been out of service for over a week, and the customer service desk staff didn’t even know they had a water station.

Wanted to buy this cool hat but it was like $40. Which is fine, because I wasn’t forced to buy the hat. However, the real problem was that this lady that looked like a manager followed me and my friends around and angrily stared at us the whole time we were there. She most definitely thought we were going to steal. I wasn’t a big fan of that. Had ping pongs though, which is what we came for.

The produce gets moldy faster than other grocery stores. The meat sometimes goes bad before the sell by date in our fridge. The prices are going up every day from when the marketplace opened and you can only find specific products you have purchased in the past when you get lucky. They gotta get it together. It's the worst of the 4 grocery stores in Heber Valley.

This grocery store is terrible. The first time I bought a roasted chicken I got it home and it had bugs in it after being cooked!
Now I decided to go buy some squash and I get both of them home and They one is rotten and the other not close to ripe. They need to pick better suppliers or something. For the newest big fancy store in Heber city this place is very poor quality in my experience. Better off taking the drive to park city Whole Foods and getting fresh food with no bugs.

This store is one of my favorite, it takes a bit to get used to the layout but it makes sense, the store has lots of space so its easy to get around other customers looking at products. All Fredmyers stores should learn something from this store.

Was in today to pick up a few things and saw the the wright bacon was buy one get one free, I didn't need Bacon but it's a good deal so I picked it up. She rang me up, I put in my smith number. The bacon discount didn't go though. I told her it was on special for two for one. She just looked and me, so I just paid and left.
Probably not coming back, I don't want to have to check my receipt everytime to make sure it's right.

The old, worn out Smith's grocery store in Heber City has recently been replaced with this massive, gleaming, and incredible Marketplace concept! I don't understand how a tiny town like Heber City can support a true supermarket like this, but I'm so glad it's opened in town!
I love grocery stores, and Smith's is among my favorite chains. This one is an absolute joy to shop in. In fact, I just love coming here to browse. This is a Marketplace, which means they not only sell groceries, but household goods and clothing too!
The sheer variety of items on offer is staggering. There are so many different brands of cereal, potato chips, toiletries, dairy products and more. The fresh cheese section and full service deli is magnificent, and the bakery is overwhelming with the amount of choices.
This is a large format store so they offer a much broader selection of groceries and household items than a typical Smith's store. There's even a Starbucks inside!
This Smith's still has the beloved gas station and tons of free parking. I love this supermarket!

New modern look store just North of old location. Much bigger store with Large parking lot. Large gas islands. Too much self service. Customer contact is just not the friendly service like in the past.
