I called ahead to pick up a prescription and to ensure it would be ready, and they assured me it would be. When I arrived in store however, they said they were out of the medication. Mind you, I pick up this prescription monthly. Now since I will be out of town for a bit, this means I will have to go two weeks without it, and while it isn’t life ending, it is SERIOUSLY annoying.

The staff should have different lunch times. I can only get there some times during the middle of the day. I've been there a few times when thy have been to lunch and they tell me to come back in an hour. Very inconvenient.

The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are always so helpful and try to get me the best savings possible on my prescriptions. I even overheard the pharmacist helping a lady that was practically in tears because her prescription was so expensive. I believe he called the pharmaceutical company or someone on the phone and was able to get her a rebate or coupon that saved her hundreds of dollars. I thought that was so wonderful to see him going above and beyond for this lady.

Worst employees ever. My kid is at home in pain from a surgery. We were in line prior to them closing. After us waiting in line for these time sensitive meds for our daughter the simply closed down for “lunch” we begged to simply take 30 seconds to hand us the already filled prescription. They said NOPE after lunch.
So disappointing to find people and customer service like this in a small town. Genuinely embarrassed for smiths as a company

Nothing particularly different than your average pharmacy, with your typical rude frontline staff. But this pharmacy on my latest visit seems to have gone out of their way to 1) make the wait purposely longer than necessary (over 30 minutes) with two little kids in the car and 2) not ask for insurance and try to charge me a large sum … and then act annoyed when I insisted they run insurance. Then little things like, I said thank you, and got a rude stare and non answer in reply. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed? This prescription for my very sick child involved putting a single bottle of frequently prescribed liquid in a paper bag by the way. Next time I hope to have a better experience and waste less time.
