Amaizing staff at the Heber City location--ALL of them are phenomenal and there are many working there because it is always busy! They are efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I have had my mailbox subscription there for several years and they always make we feel welcome when I come in.

Although the staff is very friendly and efficient, I have to give this location a one star review because they are always busy and they don’t have an Amazon kiosk. I live in Heber, but avoid this location because they don’t have a kiosk. I do a lot of Amazon returns and I don’t like to wait in line. I will hold all of my Amazon packages until I pass by another UPS store with the kiosk. This store is great in many other areas, but. needs to get with the times.

This place is amazing and the workers are super friendly and helpful! I had a lot of urgent things to copy for school and a worker worked late just to finish it for me. They had it all done in 2 days when another store was going to take 1 to 2 weeks! I had numerous sets that required different number of copies each and they copied them all correctly. I am super impressed with their service!

Recently opened a mailbox here. For the owner - have you considered doing a 24x7 access area for box holders to pick up mail and packages? Just a thought, I know some UPS stores have this. Very helpful so far! Thanks.

This is easily one of the busiest UPS Stores in the state, but the employees and owners still know many of their customers by name. I'm even still excited to run into former employees. I've had a box here for years and it's worth every penny. They were sensitive and kind during my divorce, and when there is a mistake they're quick to fix it. I can't say enough good things about Julie, Mr. Julie, Ashley, Jeff, and all the others. Thanks!

I dropped off a package and then realized an hour later that I forgot to put my return slip inside the box. I went back to the store and Grace found it, put the paperwork in and repacked it for me. The Heber store has a great team and they are always happy to help.

Very efficient at getting people helped, and out. Ashley was amazing at helping with printing my Christmas cards. Really can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the entire group.
