Nick was very helpful in helping me with the purchase of my trailer. He went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again.

Bought a used camper, in April 2023. It is now January 2024 and I’m still unable to put plates on it. Getting the title was nothing short of a nightmare. I have spent at least 15 hours, which has consisted of 5 trips to the DMV, countless phone calls, to the dealership, their title department AND Jason Haugen the owner-and to date I am STILL unable to put plates on my camper. I have contacted the AG and the DMV in Utah as well. I would ask them to provide proof of ownership before purchasing any used item on their lot. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and I would also recommend telling them why if this review effected your decision. Bad business practices!!!Lisa Cothrun

Extremely slow on warrantee issues and parts. Unable to get part numbers and products for the fifth wheel. Warrantee expired before any of the issues were taken care of.

Wow!That's all I can say about the personnel and my experience at Castle Country RV in Helper, Utah.Nick Ori, the salesman, is so competent and caring. He came in on his day off to help us out. He videoed the truck camper we were interested in. He has continued to reach out after we purchased the camper to make sure we made it home safely.Phil, the finance manager, is also competent and caring. He made the paperwork go fast and all was perfect without mistakes.Derek, in the service department, helped by installing the tie downs and guided us in putting the camper on the truck. He made sure it all lined up and was solid before we drove off the lot.Phil, in the parts department, is a nice, competent man as well. You will be 100% satisfied when working with everyone at Castle Country RV.

Best RV dealer in Utah. Drove from Colorado because this dealer is fair, honest and a great bunch of guys. Phil helped us the most getting our trailer ready to roll and Albert our salesman got us a phenomenal deal on 2024 Gray Wolf trailer. OUTSTANDING PLACE

Buyer Beware! They are like all the others tell you what you want to hear but not deliver what you expect!

Nick was absolutely the best! He spent time to know us and know exactly what we wanted to purchase. He is knowledgeable, honest, thoughtful, and dedicated to his work. Having visited other dealers, we made our decision to purchase based on Nick and his expertise! He followed through every step of the way, giving extra time and attention to the questions we had and the details we needed. His professional skills are over the top.Much to his credit, we had a great experience and are excited and confident to start our new travel journeys. Thank u for this outstanding and exceptional employee and his support. We definitely recommend him and Castle Country RV

The Dometic fridge in my Airstream broke and I called to order a replacement. I was told they have a direct replacement and parts billed my card $3,200 on 10/13. Parts contacted me a few days later to tell me that the fridge was actually not available. I told them that was fine, just to refund my card. They ran a refund, but instead actually billed my card again for another $3,200 so up to $6,400 now. I told them no big deal, but please refund me the $6,400. That was on 10/18. It is now 10/27 and I haven't seen the refund so I contacted parts again. They told me that "everything has to be approved by the owner of the company and he has been in Oregon". They then told me to "reach out to accounting on Monday" to see if they can solve my problem. I told him it is not my job to reach out to the accounting department, and that it should not take over 10 days to refund the $6,400 they took from me.

Excellent RV campground in neat town of Helper. Easy access off of Route 6. Well laid out and full services. This is a new facility so everything is clean, well maintained and the staff are great. Highly recommended!!

Our experience with Castle County was HORRIBLE. It started out okay, their prices were great. Albert the salesman, was great. BUT the service department was terrible. The PDI was not done properly, we had a lot of major issues with the new camper they sold us. They didn't take our issues seriously. Service dept didn't resolve the issues. When I spoke to the general manager Dakota, all he did was belittled me. I made a complaint with their parent company, Haugen RV group they did nothing but refer me back to Dakota. He eventually gave us a partial refund for the PDI, but he said we were never to contact them again and they would no longer work on our camper.Annette

I enthusiastically recommend Nick Ori at Castle Country RV in Helper. If you are thinking about purchasing a travel trailer and don’t know where to start Nick is a great listener and has a vast knowledge of the industry with the benefit of also having been a service technician. Unlike other sales people I have met Nick has a sincere interest in helping you find the trailer that is the best fit for your family, activity and situation. Its like stepping back in time with the considerate, courteous service! The selection is varied and their prices are cheaper by far than Parris RV!

I am not sure where or who the people are here giving 5 stars.I bought my trailer from Alex at the RV show. I was promised a new trailer and paid the new trailer price. We do the walk through and it looks like the same trailer with the sales stickers still on it. We ask and he says no its not the same trailer. The guy who did the walk through said that the trailers that come back from the shows are in way worse condition so this one couldn’t be from the show. COME TO FIND OUT, it was the trailer and when I questioned ALEX he told me Utah was a buyer beware state and they couldn’t return it one week after getting it. Then the microwave falls out and the slide doesn’t go out.To their credit they only had my trailer from March 6th to may 5th and they fixed it. We went camping once and today, a holiday weekend, the slide will not go out again. When we call today they DO NOT HAVE A SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I am beside myself.I bought this for my wife.I wanted to be her hero and buy something she always wanted. This has been a wreck from the start and dishonesty from this company. THEY WERE RIGHT, BUYER BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS.

I would seriously recommend that you find another dealer. Castle Country is about as organized as a bowl of Skittles. I began a deal Saturday 8-6-23 and everything thing sounded good. I was reassured many times my trailer I was buying would be ready and I was told of nothing wrong with it. I disclosed EVERYTHING about the trailer I was trading in right down to a dent I put in it when I was triple towing. Drove over 200 miles to get to Castle Rock for a 12:00 appointment to sign papers and leave with our new RV. Arrived a few minutes before 12:00 to be told it would be a while before I signed anything because they had another customer and also the trailer was still being worked on. Come to find out they had replaced multiple water fixtures, water heater, slide motor and several other things and the slide still wasn’t working pThe sales manager looked over my trade in after my salesman said there would be no problems and told us we would have to pay an additional $1,500.00 because the damage was worse than the salesman told him. Said it wasn’t disclosed entirely accurate!!!! Now accusing us of not disclosing something…. Hmmm?? When they didn’t tell us about anything wrong with the RV we’re buying. My wife and I walk around the RV because nobody has offered a tour or anything and then go inside to find wrinkles in places at the top of the wallpaper. I immediately get on the roof and find not 1 but 2 places it has possibly leaked. I get with the service tech Tristian and he gets on the roof and takes care of the problem. Service manager Matt comes out and tells me that they had worked the trade up on the wrong model of trailer that I was trading in and that they may not be able to make the deal. Turns out they did make the deal and finally we got to sign paperwork and get away from them. The only person in our entire buying experience that seemed to know anything about what they were doing was Tristian the service tech. It amounts to them being dishonest and doing their very best to hide things and completely disregarding the guarantees of fellow workers and completely disrespecting and completely unconcerned about customer satisfaction!!
