I had a pretty bad experience I called the manager and she wasn't willing to help me and when I ordered my drink and food the Malibu chicken I got the food I got the Malibu chicken bread was hard as a rock and also they made me stand there while the food was sitting in the warmer and not give me my sandwich the cashier did nothing while I had to wait for the cook while they were making food to turn around to actually help me out while there was multiple employees on the floor putting stuff away

Absolutely loved this gas station! The atmosphere here is amazing, making it more than just a pit stop. It's a great place to refuel, relax, and enjoy a meal. They also have a wide selection of useful items available. Highly recommend stopping by for a unique gas station experience!

Very friendly staff, well organized store, and THE CLEANEST restrooms I have EVER in a gas station. I have taken dozens of road trips all across the country and never seen such a beautiful clean restroom. Great job

It was amazing to have a staff notice you, be completely helpful, cheerful, and kind after a long day. This guy was awesome that worked graveyard on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Tell the big guy thank you. ?

Ordered cheeseburger and side of mozzarella sticks. Cheeseburger wasn’t cooked all the way. Was very pink and mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked all the way where cheese wasn’t melted. This has happened few times and this will be my last time getting burger or mozzarella sticks from here.

Awesome ? You can call in and order great old school drive in style food but also can order pizza or get a sandwich. They have a little place you can eat inside and is probably your best bet for cheap, fast & good food in Helper to Go. The gas station is what you would expect from a Shell in a small town and prices reflect being a gas station off the side of the highway in a tourist town. It's open 24/7 and you can call in a Order any time day or night. They also have favorites on hand, hot & ready!!! Bathrooms, cigarettes, coffee, ice cream , pizza, Fountain Soda and Bottles, Candy, Toys, Hats, ect ect ect. Place is awesome & the staff are all super friendly and helpful!

Their food is so so don't order a pizza with no meat because they add meat and if you ask for your money back or you ask for a new one they're just rude about it I would say don't order anything from the store! I ordered a pizza with no sausage and it had sausage you could see in the photograph and then I called and the manager Chris is her name she hung up so customer service is nothing with this company!

When passing through town, or staying in Help visiting family, I've stopped by this gas station a few times. I usually think "a gas station's a gas station" right? But this one has something funky going on with the pumps. They are so slow. I was pumping the gas while my wife went inside to use the restroom. When she returned, the gauge was only up to a couple of gallons. We decided to wait until we got to Spanish Fork to get more.
