My daughter has been in arches several years. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! We have had the best experience ever over there. All the coaches are amazing, Heidi the owner is incredible. We highly recommend Arches !Their environment and way to teach is amazing. My daughter absolutely loves and we love it too. It won’t disappoint at all ☺️

As a current gymnast at arches I love it because the coaches care about me and always want to help you succeed . They really have helped me find a new love for gymnastics and I definitely recommend it.
The above was written by my 13 yr old daughter who has found a second home at Arches with coaches that care about her as a person and want to help her succeed in all aspects of her life. Heidi is the main example of this kind of environment at Arches. She has always taken time to communicate to me as a parent, she is quick to celebrate each success, and so supportive when working through struggles. Arches has been such a positive environment and we would not hesitate to recommend!

This place has it all. Heidi, the owner, cares about each gymnast individually. The gymnasts are not just another number or dollar sign. She genuinely wants each gymnast to feel loved and accepted. With every decision Heidi has the girls in mind from gym equipment to a room for the girls to hang back packs and somewhere to eat. The gym is clean and welcoming. Heidi trains the other coaches to push the girls to do their best while still maintaining safety and comfort for the gymnasts. They teach the girls in a fun way but also when to be serious and listen. It is the best of both worlds. The front desk staff are welcoming as well as knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. It is like a family.

I like their approach. My daughter was able to trial several classes/coaches to find the right fit for her experience. There are bigger gyms in the valley but this one has plenty enough equipment to advance to a pretty high skill level.

The most fantastic gymnastics gym! Not only do the coaches know their stuff, they truly care about each gymnast they coach. I could not recommend this gym more!

Go to flip it gymnastics instead. They are way more interject. They have team and reck classes all ages.

We love being at Arches! There is such an encouraging and supportive vibe there and my kids have always felt welcome. The classes are fun and filled with lots of learning! A great place to be!

Amazing staff, professional coaches, with a clear direction in mind. My daughters feel included, valued and apart of the team. Highly recommend, competitive pricing, with a family feel. Love it!
