I called LAE and Bill answered, I explained a situation I had with an Amazon order. Bill took care of it within minutes. Not only was he kind and professional, but a straight up nice guy. I use Inner Space, which I swear by and also Trim Serum. Both last a long time and I'm super happy with the results. The next products I'm going to try are the Double Tap car soap and Ceramic Slam. “This car wash does a great job! Another car wash I won't name always left small white spots all over my Jeep. I assume they were small spots is soap. This wash does a great job at cleaning and has other amenities as well. I haven't used the detailing section yet but will when I need a detail on the inside. Would recommend!”

“I stopped by the Purple Penguin Car Wash recently and was genuinely impressed. It’s a self serve car wash, but everything was super straightforward and easy to use, even if you’re not a pro at washing cars yourself.
The equipment was well-maintained, the instructions were clear, and there were plenty of settings to choose from (soap, rinse, wax, etc.). The pressure was perfect, not too harsh, but strong enough to get all the dirt and grime off.
What really stood out was how spotless my car looked afterward. No streaks, no leftover soap, just a clean, shiny finish that looked like I’d had it professionally done. For a self-serve wash, this place really delivers top-tier results.
