I purchased a battery for my key fob, but I discovered none of my screwdrivers would work. I went to AutoZone tonight and Eric was so kind and helpful in helping me get the screw out and replacing the battery in my key fob. I know this over and above what AutoZone employees do, and I am very grateful for Eric’s time and expertise.

Be very careful on the employee's I go in and ask for a ABS diagnosis so I can plan on the route or part I will need for the repair. The two guys said "we don't do that no autozone does that you have to go to jiffy lube" I'm pissed I don't trust people touching my cars as well they are clearly uneducated because they told me I can buy the tool to do the test with the gun and I was thinking (gun?) What gun and the tool that reads the code was hanging up behind him, (as he tells me they dont have one?) But i can purchase a gun for it? so I went to the other location and they let me use there tool, we got the part and fixed it there and done at the autozone down the street.

When it's not 10 o'clock, but all of the sign lights are off and the moment I walk in the door, your employee tells me I'm closing soon so you need to hurry, I feel the need to go to another competitor (which I'll be doing first thing in the a.m.)
I understand people want to go home, however, last thing I want to hear when I desperately need a truck part is I'm closing so you need to hurry up. Your store hours say you're open until 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday. It was 9:54 p.m.
Your employees' customer service sucks. Hiring a teenager who's more concerned with socializing with a group of his buddies while on the clock and acting as if I'm an inconvenience instead of the reason for his receiving a paycheck is not only pathetic, but aggravating.
Please hire someone who's mature and customer service oriented.
If you don't, I won't be back.

The manager acts as if when he does a refund it comes out of his paycheck. Terrible attitude.
I didn’t take no for an answer. Took my business to another location and was able to get a refund for my duralast brake pads no problem. Fellow customers, if the manager gives you attitude or hassle here, just go to another autozone branch.
Dear manager: Not caring about customer satisfaction will cost you more in the long run. Hope you have the day you deserve. God bless

I’ve been a loyal customer to Auto Zone. I recently moved to Herriman and went to this place. I needed windshield washer fluid. I asked one of them to help me. That person put the windshield washer in my coolant!!! WTH? Had to then get my radiator flushed and all coolent replaced with new! $130 later! You owe me that! Never ever going to this store!
