I’ve been a loyal customer to Auto Zone. I recently moved to Herriman and went to this place. I needed windshield washer fluid. I asked one of them to help me. That person put the windshield washer in my coolant!!! WTH? Had to then get my radiator flushed and all coolent replaced with new! $130 later! You owe me that! Never ever going to this store!

Update: called the Eagle Mountain store which had the part in stock and the guy there and his manager said they can take credit cards over the phone or order to store no problem. They said the manager in Herriman is nuts.Original review: I called to order a fan clutch, they say they can’t take orders over the phone and they won’t order it to the store until I come into the store and pay for it because “people keep finding better deals elsewhere and leaving the part”. This has never been the case at any auto parts store. I will no longer do business here, all of the other chains order parts to their store from another store without question and I always pick them up. O’Reilly, Advance, Napa, all of them- except Autozone. This came from the manager named Axle 2:55pm December 2nd who was lacking in communication to say the least. He said his regional manager and corporate told him he can’t take credit cards or orders over the phone without paying first in person. Hey, if this is a policy now that’s fine you just lost customers.

Been an Autozone customer for 23 years.Bought a 250.00 battery 4 days ago turns out the battery was not the problem, it was the starter.Came to try to get my money back for the battery and use that money to buy a new starter. Manager refused quoted policy 3 times to me and said good luck.Thought that being a customer for so long would get me some leeway but I was wrong.Never coming back to any Autozone. There plenty of other auto parts stores in the valley.

Went looking for a small, atypical fuse and Alice was absolutely determined to help us find it! When it wasn’t with the main fuses, she scoured the computer database looking for it, and when we couldn’t find it in there, she went searching through the back shelves opening up individual boxes to compare with the one we needed. And she found it! Then she made sure we knew we had the warranty for it and was positive, upbeat and just absolutely delightful and the best customer experience we have had in a very long time! Thank you so much Alice!!!

I went in on 9.26.23 to return window wipers I purchased, and while I was waiting in line, the guy at the register was speaking to a couple of younger guys buying a fan. While they were talking another employee came in to start his shift, and the guy at the register said he had a few things for him to do and the employee that just walked in said a very explicit phrase "F me in the A" to which I found was very unprofessional. The two customers and the guy at the register continued to laugh and engage in a conversation starting by the guy that walked in. All I wanted to do was return my wiper blades as I had gotten the wrong fitting, and that was not what I was wanting to hear on my lunch break. I hope that we are able to either train on professionalism in the work place or find employees who have higher moral standards. I will be going to a different AutoZone in the future. As a woman standing in line waiting patiently, I should have to hear young boys and their inappropriate conversations.

Even if you have a receipt, they won't return and give you a refund. Try to figure that out.

The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. This employee made sure I had the correct product, rang me up, and installed my headlights for me all in less than 10 minutes....actually 8 minutes to be exact. I was very impressed, and from now on, I will drive out of my way to go back to this AutoZone location if I ever need anything for my vehicle.Thank you, sir, for being so respectful and helpful to me. You, sir, will always be a STAR in my book!
