This was listed as a UPS partner so I showed up with a package already labeled and ready to go. Waited at the front checkout for several minutes and no employees showed up. I even tried calling the location. Finally someone came to the front and when I said I had a package they said, “great I just need to go grab something.” Then they disappeared and I waited for several more minutes before finally taking my package with me and leaving.

My child is autistic and is looking to be a pharmacist assistant, the assistant that helped me with my refil took the time to answer his questions about that career path. She was extremely kind and I wish I could tell her manager how great an employee she is. He is looking forward to a path in the pharmaceutical industry and she made such a difference for my 14 yrs old by explaining to him certification needed and how it could benefit him. I couldn't be happier with how well I am always helped at this location. ❤️ they are the best!

I love the CVS pharmacy in Herriman and all of the employees. They are always so helpful. I didn’t get the gal’s name that helped me today, but her smile was radiant. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 10 years and will not go anywhere else. They are the best!

I really appreciate the products and services CVS offers, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. My experiences at the CVS Pharmacy tend to take much longer compared to other pharmacies. Unfortunately, I’m limited to CVS because Cigna doesn't partner with many other pharmacies. My prescription experience at CVS has been less than satisfactory. It seems like the pharmacy staff lacks organization, and although there are often a lot of people working, it doesn't feel adequately staffed. While I enjoy CVS products, the overall experience doesn’t meet expectations.

HORRIBLE customer service, couldn’t transfer my scrips somewhere else fast enough. It seems to be a requirement to treat people like absolute garbage to be a pharmacist here, everyone is SO rude every time!

A consistently (15 times now?) bad experience getting prescriptions after being forced to come here by our insurance. Frequently it’s a “I don’t care” or can-do not (opposite can-do) attitude. Sometimes it’s been frankly a pissy or annoyed, attitude. As my wife had remarked, they seem angry to be working here - which I partially get as they seem harried and understaffed. To say nothing of the waits in line.
Gets *really* old, especially as these are important, vital, to our family’s health. We end up missing days of medication and dealing with bad consequences. No more. We decided we’ll pay out of pocket rather than deal with this, and especially risk continued medication blackouts in our family.

I have had nothing but issues trying to fill prescriptions with them lately. They constantly tell me it's not ready or nothing was sent in and then find out I have multiple profiles that I'm fairly certain they end up making because they didn't spell my name correct. I've had them combine them and another will pop up. Then the lack of updates when something is ready or not because it's out of stock, especially if it's something you are out of or an antibiotic you desperately need is so frustrating. The techs have always been very friendly but one of the pharmacists seems angry every time I see him. It's the closest CVS to my house but I think I'll start making the drive to another one just to stop dealing with this.

Came in to figure out a prescription and Amaya was so helpful and considerate. She was able to contact our insurance company and get everything ironed out. Highly recommended!

CVS received my prescription on Saturday and couldn't fill it then.
By Monday morning they had lost it and claimed to have no record of it.
Absolutely useless, go anywhere else.

Randy and Derek are both phenomenal pharmacists, they are always very friendly and professional, and they have no problem investing some time into making sure you get what you need. They are both knowledgeable and experienced, and they both have gladly put time into resolving my frequently-occurring health insurance coverage issues, and they always manage to get them resolved quickly. I never wait more than a few minutes to get my medications, they are always able to answer my questions and concerns, and they do it with a smile on their face. They prove time and time again that they genuinely care about you and your health, as well as always trying to save you money on prescriptions whether by contacting insurance, or offering the best coupon cards. The pharmacy techs are also always very helpful and do a great job of balancing filling scripts, helping customers pick up their prescriptions, and resolving coverage issues. Overall a great pharmacy team!

The pharmacist Randy is incredibly rude and condescending. He gives his opinion and judgments, then claims he’s educating the patient using words like “unethical”. I really hope karma comes back around on him but I suspect it already has as happy people don’t act like that.
