This company has been a lifesaver for me from the very first phone call. The first time I called, they were able to explain the type of chip I had in my window and put my mind to rest that it wasn’t an actual chip but instead a ‘pit.’Since this was my new vehicle, they sent one of their guys out immediately just to put my mind at ease, and didn’t even charge me for the visit. ????????????♀️ Sign me up! They cared about their potential clients ‘Peace of Mind.’Since that visit, I’ve called them 2 or 3 times and have received the same standard of service. I highly recommend High Desert Rock Chip Repair Specialists.

Called Brandon yesterday to schedule an appointment for today at 10:30 a.m., I'm still waiting for him to communicate where he is, if he's coming, etc., it is now 11:00 a.m.Texted him to cancel and reschedule, no response, called, no answer. This company needs some training in customer service and communication. The customer expects you to commit to your appointments, we all have other things happening in our lives and we can't wait around for technicians to show up when they feel like it. Also, he stated he prefers cash, another inconvenience to the customer.

High Desert Rock Chip is the best! I've had to use them twice, both times they came to my house the very next day at the time they said they'd arrive. They examined what I thought was a crack in my front wind shield but only turned out to be a rock chip. They put some filler in the chip and boom, looked great. When I went to pay them they said they don't charge for "rock chips" but I insisted to pay for their time to come to my home. I'd highly, highly recommend them.
