I took my truck driver to change the 4 sensors of the tires so I could go on a trip with my family and I have a tire releasing air and I had to park in the middle of the road to change the tire, they should install the tires well while changing the sensors, that bad service.

Highly recommend without hesitation. They were excellent when I had some new tires installed 4 years ago. I got a nail in my tire yesterday and took it to a different shop downtown by my office and they told me the flat was not repairable and I would need to purchase 4 new tires for $1500 (still had plenty of tread left).
Instead of paying the other shop to replace all the tires, I had them put on the spare and I took it to Intermountain Tire Pros. They fixed the flat in less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Saved me $1500. Excellent and honest service.

My truck was having some steering issues over the weekend and I needed to tow a trailer on Friday. They were booked out but were able to work my truck in if I left it for a few days. It ended up needing about everything on the steering linkage replaced and the alignment afterwards. They got it done and I picked it up the evening before I had to use for towing. Truck drove awesome and I did not realize just how worn out things had gotten. Truck was done when they said it would be and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this place for your tire and service needs.

Update on previous review. I spoke with the owner and he was helpful to resolve the issue. I’m pleased with his honor to stand behind his product. I will continue to use this company as my primary business when it comes to purchasing tires.

Bought a set of 6 trailer tires 3 weeks ago. Was led to believe that i was covered by a road side service. Got a flat tire from a road hazard. Took the tire back for repair, and was told that it was not covered by any warranty. If this was disclose before i purchased the tires i would have gone elsewhere instead. Customer service was excellent at time of purchase but then changed drastically when I went in and discovered that i had to pay another $250 for a brand new tire. I would recommend staying away from the Cooper/Hercules brand tires.

Highly recommend these guys! Went in as I had a nail in my tire,
they quickly got my car back + found the nail. Had a solution within minutes. Aired up my tire so I could make it home.
Very professional + prices are the same if not better than other tire shops.
10/10 service!!

Whew!!! This has been an adventure.
1. Thursday before leaving town for a 1500 mile road trip I went to my usual place, Intermountain Tire Pros in Herriman, and they said I needed new tires especially if I was going out of town.
2. Their balancing machine broke in the middle of the install so they sent me to another shop. They balanced them in no time.
3. Left 2 hours late.
4. Front drivers side Tire blew and shredded just past Tremonton.
5. AAA came out and changed tire, Nissan had only put in a donut tire on a AWD vehicle so we had to turn around to head back to Tremonton.
6. Donut caused the AWD to overheat and started to smoke badly. Warning said: AWD overheated, STOP the Car. Pulled over again, called AAA again and this time they towed me back to Tremonton where my car sat in front of the Big O Store overnight.90
7. We finally were safe and happy to be off the Highway on the side of the road where the big trucks try to play Dodge-ball!!!
Day 2
Randy from Intermountain Tire Pros, picked up a new matching tire and brought it clear up to Tremonton himself, 95 miles away! He even came and picked us up at the hotel so we didn’t have to get a taxi. He took care of everything at Big O to get us back safely on the road. Incredible Customer Service, I’ve never seen anything quite like it. Intermountain Tire Pros have a customer for life!!! All my kids are switching to them as well after seeing what they did for their Mom.

I love this place. They are so helpful. I put a tow hitch on my car to haul bikes. I installed it, but needed the bolts tightened with a torque wrench. They did it for me on the spot.

Stopped here a couple months ago with my wife’s Lexus having a tire light issue. The gentleman told me he couldn’t fix it and to take it to a dealership. Later that day I drove down the road to jiffey lube and they took it off in two seconds.

AMAZING! They are so kind and super fast! Went in for a daylight running light in my headlight that i had already bought but was having trouble replacing it. They took the bulb and were able to replace it no problem!!

These guy's are so honest and fare. I took my breaks in to be replaced. They went over all the costs and I approved them. But instead of just charging me. They checked the history and found that my current brakes only had 12k on them. They warrantied the service.
