Took my infinity here. No leaks before I got there. Left only to have coolant spewing from under my car. Took it back to be told they don’t know what happened. Never going back!!!

I've never had any issues with the completed work. With that being said, I can do without the high pressure sales pitch. Here is a thought, ask if 'we' the customer wants to review the suggested maintenance schedule when we first drop off the vehicle off. Why waste your workers and 'our' time assuming? High pressure rarely works. Try printing off a vehicle maintenance overview with your prices and leaving it in the vehicle for contemplation.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to check wait times ahead of actually showing up.

Gavin checked the oil. Says oil is full. Bray confirms. I exit my vehicle. There is a little bit of oil on the end of the dipstick. Bray says: it’s still in the safe zone. Gavin is correct it still has oil.
Exercise caution when going to this location. Obviously there is not enough training at this location. As I pull away Bray pats Gavin and says that he did a good job. What? He said the oil was full. I’m frustrated. I get that there are bigger problems in the world. But if I would have just trusted Gavin and Bray on my oil level, then I would have driven off with very low oil. Disappointing service. Two. Employees with attitudes, thinking they have expertise.
Jiffy Lube in Riverton next to Home Depot.. never fails.. do yourself a favor drive 3 miles east of this location in Herriman to the Riverton location.
I explained to Bray that I was going to go to the Riverton location. She sneered: great. Ugh!

When going to Jiffy Lube in Herriman to get new brake pads and rotors, I have never been treated better! The work was done quickly, they worked out a very good price, giving me a very nice discount. They showed me all the parts that needed replacing so I could see for myself that they were worn out. It was a very positive experience!

Came here just to get my Emissions done for my Renewal. The crew was super helpful, friendly, & fast. The waiting room is garbage. Television doesn't work. Not even radio, or music playing. Just random customers sitting on flimsy chairs, listening to each other breathe.

I got my emissions test and an oil change done at this location this week and was blown away with how honest they were. They did not try to sell me things my car didn't need. They did the work fast and got me on my way in under 30 minutes. I would go back anytime!

I needed to get an emissions done for my new car. first time I was told it would be an hour and arrive 40 minutes before closing. No big deal, was told to come back Sunday to get one done. showed up and no emissions tech was available. showed up today and the emissions tech left earlier. so frustrated that I was promised " we'll take care of you just come in tomorrow and you'll be covered" horrible customer service and unreliable emissions service.

I love this location! As a woman, getting any type of car maintenance can be a pain. We are often treated as tho we are dumb idots and know nothing about cars. I have never felt this way at this Jiffy Lube! They are always honest with me, and I do know a lot about cars. They are fast and always do an amazing job!
