Please call the store 1st with any issues on your order 10/10 they will make your resolve any issue if you tell them the same day they are able to give freebies as well per order situation! Also they don't take 100s because they don't carry enough cash in store to break them due to robbery. Cheese is an upcharge but feel free to add as many freebies as you want. The staff is a bunch of amazing kiddos so don't be aggressive with them.

This establishment refused to serve me and finish our order transaction because I only had a $100 bill to pay a $35 dollar order. That’s only $65 in change.They said it’s policy because they got robbed.But you have insurance for that. And I’m not a robber. So how is that a customer transactional problem?Then they said it’s cause their till is only $200.There’s no sign posted that they refuse large bills. This means they broke transaction contract after the agreement was made.Legal tender means that according to Legal Tender Act of 1862 HR 240They broke contract because when I ordered, we agreed on price and trade.That means I’m in debt for trade of service and goods.When they say “this is your total DUE” that means my obligation is to pay for agreement.There is already an agreement made.Then for them to refuse their portion of the agreement, because of a non-posted policy is breach of contract.This is breech of US federal code.Because bank notes are legal tender.Refusing cash because it’s inconvenient is illegal.

Really disappointing. This used to be a great place, but something has changed with how they take care of orders. We ordered from here about a month ago and it took an hour and a half for delivery (we live 10 minutes from the store). Somebody from the store kindly called and said they were running behind but it was out for delivery and would be there in about 10-15 minutes. We received our order 30 minutes after that call. But we figured it was just a one off thing. They were busy. We'd just need to order earlier. So today we placed an order a little before 11. About 45 minutes later it finally said it was out for delivery. Great! Awesome! 30 minutes later and we still hadn't gotten our order so we called. The store said they were slammed and that it was out for delivery. We asked for an estimated time and were told they don't know as they had one driver delivering 10 orders at once! Wow crazy, but hey it's out for delivery. We asked if the order would come before we left in about 15 minutes and they said "maybe?". So maybe don't order from here if you want something "Freaky Fast". Just order if you want a Freaky Frustrating experience.

I've waited many visits to give a review thinking it might have just been that one time. It wasn't. "Freaky Fast" isn't a thing with Jimmy anymore. I like to think my reviews are reasonable and honest so when I tell you that I wait 10 plus minutes each and every time I order 2 - 3 sandwiches, I'm not lying. Now normally it's no big deal, but when I've gone more than 6 times and each time it takes nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru, it's frustrating. Constantly messing up orders when asking for 'no' on certain ingredients or extra ingredients. And I'm willing to bet money I'm not the only customer they say "Sorry about the wait" every time I order. Please, Jimmy, do a little better.

For the life of me I’ll never understand how an empty restaurant and drive thru still takes 15 freaking minutes just to get a sandwich made and paid for. ITS A SANDWICH. They take soooo long. Every time. I haven’t been to this location in a while for this reason, but it was closest to me today, and it’s the same issue. It’s been like 2 years. ?

There's nothing freaky fast about this place. In fact, it's one of the slowest drive throughs of all fast food restaurants out there.

I've ordered here dozens of times and continue to enjoy it. I'm writing a review tonight because I got to the store right at close and they didn't have to accomodate me. They made my sandwiches for me without complaining even though I was "that guy"

Absolute worst drive-through experience ever. The guy taking my order was high as can be in messed up all three of my sandwiches. Even the slim number five which I don’t see how you can mess that up when it’s supposed to be an Italian slim with just cheese. He did not offer to remake my number two which was supposed to be on wheat. When I told him it was supposed to be on me he looked at me like I was completely stupid. My Italian sandwich had different stuff on it there it was not supposed to come with . Wors service ever.This was at the Riverton store located on 13400

Food is good but you have to pay extra for things like cheese where as subway it is included in the price . Not sure I will eat there again but the sandwich was

Great sandwiches and the “freaky fast” claim is no joke. I’m surprised how fast my sandwich is done each time I go here. The workers were very nice and friendly as well.

Took an hour. Sandwiches showed up soggy. Awful --when i called they said 10 more minutes several times. No more ordering
