Came in for my prescription which wasn't filled, not their fault. Asked for dimetapp night and day and was told they had to keep the line moving, terrible customer service considering he would have been filling my prescription anyway and I waited in line for service.

Very lazy pharmacy. They always make me call my insurance and sir on their butt. I call my insurance 25 times always to hear the customer should never have to call us. 30 times or more and I have to use them because of my insurance situation.

I asked cvs about money gram and they said their system is down and hasn't been working for a while. They said it might still work if you had a qr code but recommended going elsewhere. Also note that I tried to do it online but my account was closed due to "security" and I was on the phone for half an hour with them asking how to open it but they kept telling me it's permanently closed because that's what the system decided. So frustrating.

I have been a long time cvs pharmacy customer and until moving to Herriman have never received this level of service. Unfortunately since moving here I have been sick more than usual and every interaction I've had with the staff in the pharmacy had been poor to rude. I went in 4 nights ago picking up a rx as I've been sick 3 weeks. I sat at the counter with the entire staff not more than 6 feet from me with 5 people working listening to the pharmacist talk about his dating life with the shift supervisor and avoiding eye contact with me. I waited patiently for about 5 minutes before I interrupted with "excuse me?" Kindly and the shift supervisor turned around and acted like I was being rude in asking for service. Phone calls have been rude and short and drive thru service has been rude as well. It's clear to me that the dynamic in this pharmacy is very off and no one seems to be happy there besides the pharmacist and the supervisor. No one seems to like there job and is very short. I heard the next customer as if they had more COVID tests or other locations and the answer was "have you looked at Walgreens?" In a rude short response. She was also taken back and responded with, I guess I'll go look there. In my opinion the pharmacy should be kind and compassionate, they deal with sick and worried people everyday and a little kindness goes a long way. CVS please train this team on EQ, as a community we deserve better than this.

This place needs help. I've tried filling a prescription 3 days in a row. They keep telling me it's not ready. Tomorrow I'll see how day 4 goes.

I really feel bad foe these guys. They must be under staffed because they seem so overwhelmed the past few times I have been there. Tonight I picked up some meds an antibiotic and steroid for a sinus infection. I immediately took the recommended 3 pills for the steroids as recommended. Then when I got home I counted my pills and noticed that I only had 9 antibiotics when I needed 14. Then I realized they had mixed up the labels and I had mistakenly taken 3 doses of antibiotics, which gave me a bad stomach ache. I called to report the error and all they said was you'll be ok just don't take 3 tomorrow and we're sorry about that- in the most uncaring busy voice possible.

Horrible- the worst.. HAD to get a covid test.. not my choice. Made an appointment, showed up early waited a LONG time for the car in front of me- (it's done in the drive through)- finally got to the window. Gave my information and reservation confirmation number.. then waited 20 minutes for them to even come back to the window. The line behind me grew and grew- I'm sure their frustration was worse than mine! My appointment was for 10:20 I got my test at 10:51.. again I was early!The woman at the window spoke broken English, through a mask, and yes, she kept all glass closed and we did not have any chance of covid contact. To be clear- instructions were given in broken English, through a mask, in a microphone, through a closed GLASS window. This is a joke. Appointments should be every hour. Do not recommend- at all. Zero stars would be my real review.

I called to get my flu shot scheduled yesterday and was told I had to schedule it online, which I did and it was successfully scheduled. Then this morning my appointment was canceled and I was told to go back online to schedule it again, which I did and then it was canceled for the second time. When I called back to the pharmacy the woman who answered was extremely rude and short from the moment she answered the phone. I had to explain my situation to her twice and she still couldn't get my appointment fixed. As a customer it's incredibly frustrating to not receive help or even acknowledgment for the wasted time and instead met with an abrasive employee that hates their job. I'll never use CVS again!
