Well, I've been going to this place for almost 10 years now. Almost every time they do an amazing job! But there's this lady that every time she does my hair there, and even though I always tell her exactly the size I want, yet she hacks off everything. Told her two inches... the top of my hair is a tiny bit more than one inch. Time to wear a cap for 3 weeks!

If you want a cheaply done haircut for an expensive price this is the place. I asked for a trim, but she hacked off everything extremely short and uneven at that. There goes my entire mullet I had been growing out for 6 months. Won't be giving my service to this place again.

The problem with rating Great Clips is that you roll the dice with the staff every time you go in. Clean place tho.

Took my 12 year old son to the Lehi great clips location and they Butchered his cut so bad I was hoping it could be fixed somehow and didn’t trust going back to the Lehi location. We walked in and immediately greeted by 3 stylist who all circled around my son looking at his hair and giving their apologies and sympathy and gave us lots of hope it can be fixed. They worked their magic and his euro hawk looked amazing we were so grateful for the experience and time they took to fix it days before school starting.
