I gave them a second chance, after my last bad experience (where my car dripped oil for 3 days because they spilled so much during the service) And went back to the Highland Jiffylube. And my rating went from 2 stars to 1 star and I'll never go back
I took my van in a couple of weeks ago and they told us that the "Brake system was contaminated" and that they could flush it for 100 bucks. I said no. So I take this Sonata in and by gosh wouldn't ya know it, they said that, " my brake system is contaminated", on this car as well! So after telling them no again on doing the 100.00 flush, I go sit in the waiting room with 4 other guys who are also waiting on their cars to be finished, and I mention how ridiculous all the up selling has become and howJiffylube had told me that 2 of my cars had contaminated brake systems! Well, wouldn't ya know it, 3 of those guys just also happened to have contaminated brake systems! Besides the obvious questions about the odds of 4 of the 5 cars at jiffy lube having contaminated brake systems, and what that even means...there's also the question of exactly how did the Jiffylube techs determine this analysis in the few minutes that I was standing there!
I won't speak to the lousey job that they did washing the windows or to the fact that they don't include topping of the coolant level any longer as part of a Signature Service.
I don't trust them and I advise you to be cautious.

Awesome how they have a self serve car wash! It lets us wash our car that has a bike rack on it, which can't go through a normal car wash. You can even save money if you're faster. They charge a cent per second you use the self serve car wash. Great!

Came in for car registration and emission test, Ted Cruz took great care of us! I had all my kids with me, he let us stay in the car and had us out of there in under 10 minutes. Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely recommend coming here for car needs!

The management here is amazing. Ted dealt patiently with me when I became angry about a cross threaded lug nut (that may not have even been his fault / my other mechanic removed the wheels weekend prior) — he responded with patience and was quick to forgive by fixing the broken lug stud for free. THANKS TED!! You’re an amazing person!!

Unfortunately after my oil change service my vehicle was leaking oil which has never happened before. Took back to the shop and found out that they damaged my oil drain plug washer/gasket. They did replace and top off my oil but was disappointed.
