The driver of their Ford Transit van (7X8AX) on 10/31/2024 at 2:30 PM was driving very erratically, cut me off, and then was tailgating and raging/swerving at a Jeep in front of them for no reason. ?
Not a good look.

I’ve been going here every two weeks for the last 4 years… From their original place around the corner to where they are now steps away. I found the place very creative because I could pick flowers and have them do an arrangement for me and they would give me pricing before I left and I could come back in 10 or 15 minutes and shop next-door and come back and it was done. However, my last several experiences have been less than optimal where I have been given pricing and then they just add sub standard flowers and often times extra greens and then just tell me we did it and it’s only six dollars extra or it’s only eight dollars extra without telling me before hand. I’m not the guy that’s cheap but these little knickknack add-ons without them telling me seem unethical… and on my last discussion, the owner decided to raise your voice and tell me how ugly it was going to be if she removed that which I found highly irregular with another client in the business and especially after going there every two weeks for years. She has excellent ratings, which is why I did not leave. One star and my experience for years has always been pretty great. It is just lately and of course being treated this way as a regular customer I found very unusual which is why I found another florist as I often take care of my Family and clients with fresh flowers.

The Painted Daisy Florist is consistently AWESOME!! We have had them deliver flowers many times for everything from Birthdays, Valentines, Sympathy..... The arrangements are always so beautiful and well done! Customer service is EXCELLENT - when recently ordering a bouquet to be delivered for a family who had, had a great loss - I was struggling to come up with what to write in the note and the very kind employee was so helpful and helped me come up with the perfect thing to say!!
