“Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

“Will 100% be switching all my business printing to AlphaGraphics in AF. The prints were higher quality and the price is less than half where I was doing my printing before.
I've spent thousands of dollars getting prints done over the past year alone, and I weep bitterly at the money I could have saved had I done a little bit better research in the first place. Though, I am much relieved to be weeping at past money lost, knowing I will no longer shed tears over the weighty cost of over-priced print jobs. No longer will my tears mar costly educational pamphlets for my clients, or receipts for my accountant. My tears can now soak, duly and rightfully, into my pillow (the way tears are meant to do) as I ruminate over my long list of past social faux pas, missed romantic opportunities, and costly business mistakes.

“Big Fat Logos / Big Fat Design & Sign do outstanding work! We had a trade show banner printed, and Robert did an excellent job of fixing flaws in my original graphic. Something went wrong when they printed it, and he kept working on it (at their cost) until it was perfect. They have Big Fat Excellent Customer Service, and it's rare these days.”

“Definitely recommend their poster prints mounted on the foamboard! The Print services team at the Draper, UT location were extremely accommodating and helpful with 5 large posters ordered around noon that I needed same day. I had prepared an order and expected that if I submitted the order before 2:00 (since it says that online) that it would be ready same day, but I didn't realize it was not a guarantee. When I finalized the order it said it wouldn't be ready until the next day at 5! (Which was too late for our Expo show). I quickly called them and they looked through their current order list and assured me they would make sure it got completed the same day so I could pick it up in time for our Expo!
