Got this unit in 2022.
I visit often, I am not the kind of person who just let's their stuff sit. I go every other week to update my stuff, and clean my unit, so I know on a frequent basis what good service Towne Storage has. ?
She's always extremely positive and happy everytime I see her, she's been very helpful to help my ex husband and I figure out how to split our units, and get me my own, and his own. The sign over ownership processing was very easy and not stressful at all!
I love their storage unit price! Very affordable! Especially as being a single mom for the last 3 years, I've had no issues. Gates easy to use, easy access to my stuff whenever I go with my 2 kids.
Overall just VERY happy with this company, and their Office Worker Nicholette. I will definitely continue to use this company, in the future!

“Initially I was not satisfied with the company used for the answering service and rentals l, which led me to leave a bad and deplorable review for Towne storage in So Jordan. But since meeting the lady in the office and working with the manager at the location my heart and feeling of this place was immediately reversed. This is a wonderful place to store your items, it is safe and has private access and climate controlled to make sure your things are well stored and protected. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy person and customer. So I am pleased to store some of my prized items here. I trust these guys. And definitely work with the office staff especially the wonderful lady in the office, now she understands and possess an unmatched level of customer satisfaction. I am happy that everything worked out.

“In response to the owner's reply to my review regarding the wearing of the"masks" and the duress put upon myself as well as others, this unauthorized, unlawful mandate and the supposed "Guide Lines." I take umbridge with your reliance on the falsity of these so called Guide Lines. There were NO Peer reviews or any proof that wearing masks prevented the spread of COVID-19. And during the Pandemic, the CDC admitted this.”

“Best storage in the area. I rented a 10x10 space for over a year. My rent was never increased and the units were always clean, temperature controlled, bug free and easily accessible with carts to help move belongings in and out of units. To keep things secure, they have a gate with every unit having a unique code to enter and exit, security cameras and staff will walk the grounds to monitor the units. All staff I spoke with were professional and kind, especially Austin.”

“Kynlee is amazing !!! She made our move to a smaller unit so easy and fast !! Not only was it relief to find out we could do an easy transfer but Kynlee is so kind and helpful !! We love this location!”
“PROS: Good communication and easy set up from out of state to secure a unit. Seamless and well-explained gate and entry procedure, so I was able to enter at 6:30am, unload a full moving truck, and fill the unit. Flatbed dollies available, the freight elevator and auto door worked great.
CONS: Very tight drive around the building for large trucks, however, it is negotiable if you take it slow.
I stopped at the office on my way out (mid-day), but it was locked and nobody on site. Disappointing.”

“If Martha Stewart and Mr. Clean teamed up to run a storage facility, I’m pretty sure it would look exactly like Extra Space Storage in Vineyard. This place is that clean and organized. It’s so close to my house that I think my storage unit actually has a shorter commute than I do.
The staff runs the place like a well-oiled machine—friendly, helpful, and clearly determined to make sure my boxes feel more cared for than I do. The whole facility is spotless, secure, and so neatly run that I almost feel guilty storing my “miscellaneous basement chaos” there.
If you need a storage unit that’s convenient, well-managed, and so tidy it might inspire you to finally organize your life… this is your spot. Highly recommend!”
