“Initially I was not satisfied with the company used for the answering service and rentals l, which led me to leave a bad and deplorable review for Towne storage in So Jordan. But since meeting the lady in the office and working with the manager at the location my heart and feeling of this place was immediately reversed. This is a wonderful place to store your items, it is safe and has private access and climate controlled to make sure your things are well stored and protected. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy person and customer. So I am pleased to store some of my prized items here. I trust these guys. And definitely work with the office staff especially the wonderful lady in the office, now she understands and possess an unmatched level of customer satisfaction. Got this unit in 2022.
I visit often, I am not the kind of person who just let's their stuff sit. I go every other week to update my stuff, and clean my unit, so I know on a frequent basis what good service Towne Storage has. ?
She's always extremely positive and happy everytime I see her, she's been very helpful to help my ex husband and I figure out how to split our units, and get me my own, and his own. The sign over ownership processing was very easy and not stressful at all!
I love their storage unit price! Very affordable! Especially as being a single mom for the last 3 years, I've had no issues. Gates easy to use, easy access to my stuff whenever I go with my 2 kids.
Overall just VERY happy with this company, and their Office Worker Nicholette. I will definitely continue to use this company, in the future!

“When I arrived and entered the code the gate opened right up. I was able to access my unit without any problem. After a quick ten minute visit to get my things and after locking up my unit I went out the exit gate and was on my way.”
“I waited to give this review until I had moved out, even though they hound you to do it when you first sign up. That’s ok though because they deserve a good review. We rented a large unit while we got new carpet and kept stuff there for two months until we moved. The actual dimensions of the unit are slightly smaller, but not enough to make a fuss over. Signing up was easy and everyone I talked to on the phone were super helpful and upfront about their policies. I was hoping to get the first month free like some of their smaller units, but the larger units don’t have that promotion. They did however give me the second month free, which was perfect since we only needed it for two months anyway. You need to give them 15 days notice to close your account/unit, which I did via email and today I moved everything out and checked out of the unit using their video kiosk with a remote agent since nobody was in the office. Everything was great and I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Everything was very clean and secure and instructions and communication was clear.”

“I rented a storage unit and the very next day after I paid my situation changed. I told him I wasn’t using anymore. I knew I wouldn’t get my money back and I said I was moving out. They called me back within 15 minutes and said they’re gonna refund me half my money because I didn’t use the storage unit and I didn’t even ask for it. “Storing my RV here they were super nice and don't require RV insurance like other places. & u cannot beat the $! And the gate is always closed with a lock w/ indiv code so they know who enters. Heads up: have someone who is good at meneuvering ur rv if its larger, cuz there a couple corners (I am not that person so it took me some time lol but if i can do it anyone can!).”

“When I signed up for the rental, I only needed it for 30 days and I told them Matt and after 30 days they started calling me and telling me I owe them for Moore and I told him I only wanted it for 30 days and it didn’t for some reason. Agree with that so I just let it go and then the new ownership came in and sent me a text introduced himself and I followed through and called them and they said hey it’s all good. We just got a couple things in there that you may want to get out or we’ll have to dispose of it and I said you know what I’ll come get it just because you guys are being cool so I went and got it and Sapphire was very helpful. Her sidekick I can’t remember the name of they’re both just very helpful young ladies and very nice and they just really appreciated how they were a complete 180 from the previous owners and thank you all for that.”
