“This location agreed to help me out of a jam. Riverton location sent me over. The sticking point was the person in Sandy telling Riverton they had a the equipment was gone before I could drive over. It kind of left the remaining employees and me in a pickle and I had to make two more stops at two more Penske's before I had what I needed. I nearly dropped the whole thing to start over at U-Haul.”

“I had a good experience renting a box truck from Enterprise Orem. I had reserved it online the night before, and received a call about it the morning of the rental. They notified me that the truck I reserved wouldn't be available until a few hours after I needed to pick it up. They solved the issue quickly getting me a different truck within the timeline I needed it. The truck itself was good, no issues or complaints there. The lift gate on the truck worked just fine, which was the most important factor for our rental. When I'm in need of a box truck again, I will most likely come back here!”
