Mabel at the Highland UPS store has been so terrific to help me navigate return of table lamps that actually need to be sent back from FED EX.
I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

This franchise price gouges. Drive an extra 6 miles and save money. I needed to send some faxes. The other day I emailed a pdf document to a UPS store in Salt Lake. They printed the 16 page pdf file and faxed it - total charge for both printing and faxing a 16 page document - $7.76. Today I needed to send a 12 page document. So I printed it up and went to this franchise in Highland near my home. I thought it would be cheaper because I printed up the document at home. Boy was I wrong. No printing only faxing a (1) 12 page document instead of faxing (1) 16 page document came to $23.88. I was surprised and asked about the magnitude of price differences - the cashier told me every franchise sets its own prices and this is the price here at the Highland franchise. 10% maybe 15% difference I could understand by 350% difference. That is price gouging! Receipts from both stores displayed.

I have always had pleasant experiences at this location, but today I had an employee go above and beyond! Tori was friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating of my time constraint. They were even there later than their work schedule and were so kind with my requests. It’s people like Tori who make good businesses great!

Terrible experience getting passport photos taken. Complete waste of money, had to get them redone somewhere else.

I paid nearly $70 to have a package delivered the next morning at 10:30AM
They guaranteed it would be there
It was never delivered and they never gave me a refund
Will never use UPS again, just FedEx

The team at this location is pretty darn good. Have had great experiences with Hunter when mailing out important docs. Def a 5 star team. Only improvement is the lot is wildly busy with the food choices around it.
