Horrible customer service and the employees are very rude. They often open late, so don't plan on 9am. Multiple people in line with employees standing around. ATM machine was not fully working one day so I went inside to let them know. Counter clerk simply said, "we know." She was so rude. If you know, then put a cone out or a sign. It was still broken two days later with no sign or cone still. I started banking a little further away at Chase, wow what a world of difference with customer service.

They closed their drive thru permanently shortly after remodeling it "due to staff shortages", despite having most of the teller stations open inside .. and a line of people inside.

Worse Wells Fargo ever. Closed the drive thru so super convenient for ADA. Lines are always horrible. Find it hard to believe that they can’t find people to work. This place is a joke. They should just shut it down.

Nobody even answers the phone at this branch. Plenty of employees when I am in there.....get a receptionist.

Super annoying that they’ve permanently closed the drive through window. Now I have to drag all the kids inside when i need cash.

Drive thru is closed. Long lines inside while multiple employees are around but only one teller helping. Very frustrating.

Manny is SPOT ON with customer experience. Give this one a bonus! With our business we use several Wells Fargo locations across the united states. I'm writing this review because of my 3 interactions I have had with Manny at this location on 3 separate days have all been 5 star experiences. Manny is polite, asks great questions and makes sure I have all of my questions or concerns answered. Its easy to spot when a company or organization just did training on customer service/experience, but you can also see when its engrained in them because they believe that is how it should be done. Thanks again Manny, keep up the good work!

Arrived at drive-through at 4:50 which was closed. ATM not working. Guess I will have to drive all over to make my deposit.

Was pretty disappointed to discover that this branch has their drive thru windows closed. I have 3 little kids. It is extremely inconvenient to drag them all into the bank anytime I need to deal with cash.I love their app- it is simply incredible and easy to use. But after their branch in American Fork closed down and now this one closed their windows, Wells Fargo's in person experience is getting increasingly frustrating.
