"Ok" for an Aafes, seen many others with much better prices.Alcohol prices are through the roof, as a federal entity I don't expect that the state 88% markup applies, but prices here are about 45% above other Aafes for some unknown reason.And... Once I get used the buying a certain product, for some reason it stops being stocked anymore and I've experienced this three times now without an adequate response by the staff as to why?!

i was using the testers at the fragrance section and i was using reasonable amounts on different bottles i have a very weak nose keep this in mind. A worker named “Laura” i believe, told me YOU NEED TO STOP RIGHT NOW very intimidating and rude worker.

I love to go to the BX, but now that they have joined the world by replacing people with machines I won't be going there anymore. I don't do self checkouts!

as a military brat ,veteran, and civilian employee, I've shopped at BXs all around the country, and the one on Hill is probably the worse run one ive come across. the prices charged at the convenience stores are beyond highway robbery. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off the Airmen on base to the level they have taken it. they are twice as expensive as any other gas station in the area for in store merchandise. and at the BX can someone please be fired for getting rid of the Arby's, Taco Bell, and now the Subway. the 3 businesses that had the most customers. the replacement businesses have mostly been total failures, and the Betos should be shut down for food handling violations. all I want for Christmas this year is for the upper management individuals to be fired, and replaced by individuals with common sense.

The most average a store could be. The incentives to shop are not as good as they used to be and you really have to shop for any significant deals. The selection of items is alright but nothing amazing I guess. Also, the Operations Manager I had a few interactions with was rather unpleasant and a bit rude.

Staff are amazing but it's a small exchange and prices are not at all competitive
