My wife and I were at HAFB on 26 Sep 25. As we were driving to exit the base, the low tire pressure on our SUV came on. It indicated very low air pressure on the right front tire. We were near the BX gas station so I pulled up to the air pump but the air was leaking out faster than it went in. I pulled up to the garage and went in . The manager said he had 2 jobs ahead of us but he sent a mechanic out with a portable tank. No luck. The manager said it would be 45 minutes or more before he could get to us and took us to the waiting room. In maybe 15 minutes a mechanic came in and said he’d patched the tire . he explained some concerns he had about the tire but said he believed we could drive on it safely. (The car is new and the tires are low mileage). He said there was no charge. I was very pleased with the faster than expected service. As I write this , more than 24 hrs later, the tire seems fine. I am a satisfied customer. Good guys at this garage.

This shop did such an amazing thing for my family and I. We had a time restraint due to leaving out of town and we were worried about repairs that needed to be done before we left. Not only did this company work with us with the warranty company for some of the repairs but they fit us into their busy schedules and knocked out each repair one by one. It was stressful for the shop and for us but they kept their word and did an amazing job for us. Leaving us in a lot safer condition for our trip. Monty and Jordan were very compassionate and their customer service was outstanding. Thank you guys for fixing our Kia. :)

Monty and his team are superb. Being new to the area and trying to find a reliable mechanic is always a challenge. From the first meeting, Monty took time to explain and give several options for any problem that came up. Not only are they one of the cheapest labor rates in Utah, they are the more trustworthy. They are my absolute go to. If you are reading this and deciding whether to call Kwik Kar, here's your sign. They do not dissapoint!

Since my husband and I have older vehicles, both of our SUVs have been to Kwik Kar several times for different things needing to be replaced. The guys here have always been helpful fixing up our vehicles and getting us back on the road quickly.

I get my oil changed every 10 weeks. I always get informed if anything else is wrong with my vehicle. Always return my vehicle as scheduled. Easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Used to like the convenience of this place for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
However, I chose to get an intake manifold done and payed $1000. Just before the 1-year warranty was up I took it in again due to an engine light and code coming back to the intake. They replaced it under warranty, this time broke an ignition seal, and sent me on my way. Go to leave my house the next day and broke down in the road and gas leaking from my engine. They tow it back up there and “replace” the ignition seal and said it must’ve happened when they swapped the old intake. Now I should be good right? Nope. Few days later motor wouldn’t shift out of first gear.
Finally, I decided to take it to Shadetree Automotive. Come to find out they forgot to remove a vacuum seal during installation and never fixed the ignition coil causing a misfire in my engine.
I asked Monte if I could speak with the owner he kindly replied “That’s not how this works, I’ll speak with her”. A few days later, I pleaded my case to Kwik Kar Owner, Amy Wardak, and how they should be responsible for the charges at the other shop who ultimately fixed my car due to their continuous mistakes. Amy refused, so I had to file an ICE complaint with AAFES. 2 months later, I got a small check to cover some of the costs incurred during this whole ordeal.

Listen, I can not RAVE about this shop enough. The people who work there are ALWAYS so so kind and helpful. Cars are by FARRRRR not my strong suit, BUT they never talk down to me. They always are helpful and honest and they always explain things in neutral tone, as a woman, I couldn't be more grateful. They are willing to talk things over the phone and then schedule an appointment. They are just so kind and caring. When moving a lot, it's always nerve-racking finding a new shop for cars, but this one should be your go-to, and it's right on base! (So if you have to tow your car there it's not too far) big fan of them!

They are always incredibly nice and helpful. We recently took our car there for an issue that we eventually decided not to fix (getting a new car instead), and the technicians patiently answered all of my questions to help me make that decision. We’ll come back again and again!
