They are always incredibly nice and helpful. We recently took our car there for an issue that we eventually decided not to fix (getting a new car instead), and the technicians patiently answered all of my questions to help me make that decision. We’ll come back again and again!

Monty and all his technicians are awesome! You want honest quality work done on your vehicle, go to Kwik Kar on Hill AFB. They won't rack you over the coals getting every dollar out of you. Honest quality work at a great price.

Took my Subaru Tribeca here and they communicate well and are experienced mechanics. Very fair on prices. My issue was resolved, "unbalanced tire, and slight warping on my front rotors". I'm not a mechanic but know enough that to get by with basic stuff. Taking in my crazy misfiring mini cooper next. :)

Monty and Jordan are AWESOME!!!! They are super reputable and efficient mechanics and the customer service ROCKS!!! I have had rediculous quotes that Monty was super straight up with me. I don't take my families vehicles anywhere else!!!

I took my Jeep and Truck in for service. Both times I experienced the utmost professionalism and genuine care for their customers. I dealt mainly with Monte and Randall but all three gentlemen were so polite and kind. Highly recommend, and will be sending all my coworkers and friends there.

They are hiring and booked out(as of now) for the most part, but they were kind enough to let me charge my car battery so that i could make the drive home. They said they could replace my alternator if they had a no show. I was lucky today. Super nice.?

Completely disappointed! Do not use this "service"! After receiving a quote to mount and balance two tires, I took time out of my busy schedule and dropped my car off and walked back to my office. Shortly after returning to my office, I received a call stating that they needed to upcharge me (twice the amount of the quoted price) in order to mount and balance the tires because I brought the tires in and didn't purchase them from Kwik Kar. I made it known up front the I would be brining the tires in and would not be purchasing the tires there. This was a clear bait and switch situation. It would have been far better for the company to honor their quoted price and then provide additional training to the employee if this was in fact a mistake. Honoring the quoted price and then explaining to the customer that a mistake had been made and that future service would be a little more expensive would have demonstrated their professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Instead, Kwik Kar decided to sell their professional integrity in an attempt to suck $37 more out of a customer that they had already provided a quote to. The price is not the issue, the principle is!

Monty and Alan were booked out for over a week. Monty took time to let me know the earliest he could work on my Toyota Highlander. I knew I needed struts and tires; I had an old quote from them. Monty got back to me about parts and cost within 24hrs. He even quoted me a cheaper price. Monty took time to review my vehicle knowing I had a long distance trip ahead. He didn't try to overprice or bs me on time or cost. He is an experience mechanic with several certifications, years of experience with high end model cars. Anything he seen with my vehicle that would need work, he is straight forward and gives recommendations. He doesn't have to work with Soldiers but loves what he do and working with us. I would always recommend seeing Kwik Kar Center if you need an honest assessment and someone who loves finding deals and not spending money. He understands that we don't make 6 figures and he can relate. Thank you Monty and Alan!!!!
